Just reading the RNS update in more detail

‘The Company confirmed their results and took it one step further by using the DNA sequences obtained from the positive cells to synthesise the antibodies through an independent transient gene expression process. These antibodies were subsequently shown to bind to the protein antigen, completing the process’

This basically means the optimal discovered humanised antibodies bound the target. Fellow scientists and clinicians will agree and we can all take positive affirmation from this

Whilst the other parts of the business are ticking over they are fully expecting Optimal to make the step change and most of all it’s on target and works. This is a very reassuring positive update. On top of all this the fact they have also increased revenues and kept cost base down you cannot ask for more from the FAB team

I remember on the last RNS tiger16 back in January and then March you had mentioned that your city colleagues had advised a deal was literally pending any day and the SP was going to go up 100%. You ramped it quite heavily at the time. You then sold out some months later. I for one took you for your word at the time and thought you may have some inside circle knowledge and some honest insights

I must say now though having seen your historical comments and now all of a sudden you come back on this RNS in the last 24 hours you are probably not being truthful but basing your comments on pure speculation.

Respectfully I would like to add this is an evidenced based buy and yes the deal may land tomorrow or it may land in 2026. Either way it will land and I for one would not want to miss that upsurge. Why settle for £20k when you can make £200,000 onwards.

I’m in the red here having brought at double this price but a very comfortable hold with assets in situ. This is a hugely valuable play led by a very respectable and capable CEO. When the RNSs start landing this will surge again and will be hard to get back in.

Good top up opportunity at these threshold levels

Good to be reminded the vast amount of contract opportunities this business is involved in. Unilever optimers for deodorants is just one part, the diversification strategy is testament of the board who seem to leave no stone unturned in searching out new and repeat business. To be fair optimers as an antibody alternative pretty much sell themselves as such a valuable viable alternative.

As a medical professional and investor here for a while I have vested interest in the success of p140. Prescribing for many years in this area for my patients anything to make diagnosis earlier and treatments more effective is always welcomed. I must admit with the period of silence over the last 6 months I had a wobble and sliced a few 100k shares a few weeks ago but re purchased them back yesterday. I am now confident the business is on the right trajectory and having looked at the historical clinical trial data and the tweaks they will be making to forthcoming clinical trials they have reduced the chance of a failure to an absolute minimum. As with anything in science, biotech and pharma nothing is guaranteed but the IMM team have spent the last 3 years to de risk it as much as possible. The RNS coupled with the proactive interview should allay even the most skeptical of investors.

Have sold some other shares this morning to top up in tranches, the news seems to be flying in regular and the contracts mounting up with a backlog of big demand. This is only going one way inevitably ending with the big re rate on the Unilever news or a buy out.

I don’t think type M is a specific recognised subset in the scientific world but rather the name IMM have attached to the patients who respond to p140s therapeutic effects more potently then weak/ possible non responders. If you look at the previous clinical trial which failed to meet the endpoint there was still a sizeable number of patients who did respond positively so it definitely exerts some effect. 79 out of 130 patients showed statistical significance who responded positively to lupuzor they were also those patients find to be antibody positive for lupus.

For every 100 patients you won’t be able to treat all of them however don’t forget since that trial:

Dose will be exponentially increased

Route of administration will be increased

Frequency of administration will be increased

Only selective patients based on the diagnostic blood test will be included in the trials.

To top this all off we are only looking at lupus, there MOA extends the range of autoimmune disease from:

IBD - Crohn’s disease

Rheumatoid arthritis

Gout

Thyroid disease

Probable more will also benefit with more research

Even if only say a certain proportion of super responders from each condition are eligible it’s still a huge huge number across the many clinical co morbidities we have in the human body

There seems to be a strong disconnect between the SP and the current progress achieved to date. Revenue generation is imminent through the signing of tangible deals. At this current baseline it makes for an extremely compelling buy ready for when the unilateral spike happens to take this to 1p+ for starters.

Tim made a good plan there to bring in Dr Seb, this has massive massive uncapped potential. Multiple deals as we speak and a bidding war happening behind the scenes. Yes Tim’s credibility has been questioned in the past but he has genuinely turned this round with his team.

This is a strong huge buy and there is no unequivocal doubt where this heading in the next few months. As a clinician interested in the science I did have faith in the science but this team has superseded my expectations far and beyond with the work they have done in the last 2 years. I genuinely hope this can now silence the critics and doubters, there is no downside to this emerging story now

Fellow investors do not get tempted to sell or day trade this as yesterday the foundation has been laid for the future of p140. The BoD are working now to secure the best deal NOT the first deal to come to the table. Going through the pertinent points of finessing a deal needs to be allocated time so exercise patience whilst this is concluded.

The strategic way in which the clinical trials will now be designed inclusive of more selective patients derisks the chance of historical failure and the end points should now be comfortably met. They have learnt a lot of valuable lessons from the previous clinical trials and sensibly taken a lot of time before jumping in again.

I can’t wait for the day to come I can select the p140 blood test on my screen when seeing patients with undifferentiated diagnosis for suspected autoimmune disease pathologies. It will be nice to be involved in the story from the beginning but most importantly making a difference to someone’s lifespan and quality of life.

This is a very relaxed buy and one to have in the background ticking along as a strategic investment with significant upside potential. Dr Kinkaid is reminding the world that optimal is patent protected ( not awaiting) so any buyers get exclusivity. With his LinkedIn contact book looked at by all major companies a subtle reminder of what FAB is in possession of.

Steady growth and a definite period to get in before the next jump up. Don’t expect meagre 1-2 p rises but 10-20p multiples

Just spoke to Lisa to pass on my congratulations and thank her for honouring her word. The silent period was the whole team working diligently in the background to get to this stage today. The talks with big pharma are happening so this is a very easy buy and hold. A deal will be concluded, there can be no ambiguity on that. The asset has too much potential and as I mentioned prior p140 isn’t the magic cure for all auto immune disease but there will be a subset of patients who benefit from its therapeutic effect. This will be enough to make a profit and hold a place in the pharma world. The diagnostic capability is a huge added advantage.
