It has taken Dr Seb and his team several years to learn from the last failed clinical trial, they have tweaked lots of variables and made the following changes:

1) make the dose more potent by a factor of 10 (- straightforward logic more dose = more effect)

2.) change intramuscular to intravenous administration - this allows for faster drug delivery into the bloodstream

3.) Taper steroids for patients already taking them before including in the clinical trials - steroids are immunosuppressive and patient on them would have been hindering p140s efficacy

4.) P140 is more effective in some then others -‘the super responders’ category (determined by a diagnostic blood test)

That’s FOUR things they will be amending for the next clinical trial. Don’t forget the above changes will have been extensively investigated in-vitro to determine how they all work to enhance p140s action.

The combination of the above changes almost completely de risks p140

My personal forecast is a near term deal to be announced within 3-6 month time frame. With the therapeutic area of addiction being such a niche market and not many drug choices it will unequivocally be attracting nearly all of the big pharma out there. These are the kind of assets they cherish to possess in there portfolios.

As mentioned on here Tim specifically called out the host and corrected him about the timeline for a deal. He made it clear without any ambiguity or doubt that we will get the deal done by close of play 2025.

He also alluded to the classic type of deals for this type of asset. However it was also highlighted that p140 with its multidisciplinary use amongst an array of autoimmune conditions the deal will be superior and even better then historical transactions done in the last 24 months or so in the autoimmune arena.

I don’t normally boast or emphasise a share this much but I cannot contain my excitement for immupharma for now. Before this RNS I did have my doubts/fears/concerns with the relatively long period of silence and must have rang Lisa half a dozen times in the preceding few months. She honoured her word and cannot contain her excitement for this final part of 2025.

I haven’t heard any convincing EVIDENCED based arguments from you just anecdotal statements which serve no purpose, lack clarity and conviction. P140 is not at the start of a journey but the scientists now know so much more about it then they ever had before. Dr Seb renowned doctor and Jackson laboratories based in USA hugely back the findings. Put Tim to one side do you feel everyone is making fictitious claims?

They are confident in there product and rightly so. Whether people invest or not this share will be hitting big figures by the end of this year

P140 is so vast and varied that they will get maximum bonus and royalty on any announced deal. I will now be top slicing all my other shares to bring every single last penny into here. It’s pretty much certain the deal has already been done but they are negotiating for the best terms possible. Thinking Pfizer, AZ, Novartis, Merck to name a few ?

As an NHS prescribing clinician on the ground level and running a multi million pound property portfolio with circ £1million pounds of funds to invest I am extremely confident in immupharma for this next period until Jan 2026.

Have just topped up a few 100k shares at 0.94p, too good an opportunity to pass

P140 has spent the last 3 years being de risked, institutional investors need some time to digest the material and they will be piling in due course. The last failed phase 3 clinical trial wasn’t an outright failure and still demonstrated p140 works and not just a placebo exerting nil effect. Learning from the past failure of the ph3 trial the fact we have so much safety and data information already this makes it super attractive to any big pharma. Ph 1 and 2 are essentially bypassed as already done.

P140 is every big Pharmas dream, the deals are being finessed but once again all diligent investors exercise patience and give the BoD time to get the best deal for them and us as shareholders.

Any doubters best thing to do is sell out now and watch the real winners from the sideline.
