I have never been one to take speculative punts or gamble. Whilst there can be no certainty in life one must use there own judgement to make an informed decision based on all the evidence that exists in the public domain.

8+ interviews this year thus far all telling us 2025 is the year of delivery and deal making. On the Sunday roast Tim actually stopped presenter midway to correct him and reinforce that they will conclude the deal this year end. It is most probable the deal has been agreed already but given the multiple Pharma interest always nice to squeeze for more favorable terms/royalties along the way.

Dr Seb has been working diligently for 3 years undercover to get to this stage. It hasn’t just magically appeared, they have had ample time to gather the data, analyse it and tweak where needed. Needless to say Jackson labs in USA have independently verified and substantiated all fundings in full. They cannot make fictitious claims, these are all hard facts.

I would not care to speculate in the short term but the deal dropping and terms negotiated by Tim et al, I’m 💯 % confident of it going to many many multiples of today’s numbers.

50% of 50 different auto immune conditions is good enough for me if you want to quantify the numbers. Perhaps look at UK statistics alone for each clinical co morbidity and then add up the numbers per condition.

P140 is so huge it needs to be shouted from the rooftops and beyond so that it echoes across all domains possible

When I choose to strategically post the SP shoots up accordingly. This is because only astute investors who are intelligent, level headed and factual follow advice and guidance. This is all done ethically and with good intentions and I would never ramp or deramp any share to make someone deliberately lose money.

I am in excitement of anticipation for the NCI/optimal collaboration deal that has been agreed. That deal being quantified and executed will give the wider market some huge confidence to orchestrate further deals on the back of this endorsement. Literally 5 weeks left until the current arrangement expires.

Have managed a few smaller top ups over the preceding few weeks to raise the stake here. No doubt the entire team have been working diligently in the background to get multiple deals sign off. The pre deal silent period is always a good indicator of negotiations and compromise and much rather important for BoD to focus on that to give shareholders maximum value. As we all know the re rate coming is going to be HUGE and if you have loaded up heavy we are talking serious money to be made. Prior expectations were 6 figures and that’s enough to class as a big win for me personally however I’m now extremely confident of multiples of that.

PharmaVentures Mr Dawkes, has hopefully orchestrated and overseen a cracking deal.

I sincerely hope they are not telling us porkies I’m in for 4 million shares. Came across this share a few months back when someone had cross ramped it elsewhere. Looked into the story and management and to me it looks foolproof and rock solid from the outset. I think when the re rate comes it will be exponential. A lot of my recent six figure wins or close to have came off the back off a spike as opposed to a sustained rise. I am hoping MILA is going to do the same for me as well

As rightly mentioned here already to quantify the numbers and put it into context, 50 autoimmune diseases that may benefit from p140 or one of its tweaked derivatives. There were doubters in this share as it went down to 1.6p and many had lost the faith. Now is a very important time to exercise patience, tolerance and commitment. Whatever the market does in the interim it does not affect the grand finale conclusion which will be the announcement of a deal by year end. Of course if your feeling twitchy or feel you can make those sorts of returns elsewhere in 3 months then time to cash out and move on gracefully. For the true believers in the science you will get a massive financial reward for your loyalty when we get that completed deal RNS.

Yes would be great I’ve never attended one before but being vested in this share and having firm beliefs in it would be good to network with other shareholders and the BoD, just realised 16th is my wife’s bday though. Could fly over though as part of a mini holiday

Definite believer in IMM and its p140 immunotherapy. The SP is quite similar to FAB and both are waiting for a serious re rate with similar time frames of year end 2025. I have invested several million in both shares and as a scientist and prescriber on the ground level my research concludes that both are evidenced based strong long term holds

I haven’t invested in any of those so cannot pass comment. I have been a firm believer in FAB for quite some time now and genuinely believe in optimal as an industry game changer. It still amazes me how they have managed to creatively develop such an immense technology in optimal from such a small team and company. It just goes to evidence that anything is possible if you truly persevere which is what FAB have done so diligently.

Good morning from sunny New York City. It has been great to catch up with the latest bits of news this week and the bumper RNS released on optimal. Great to see it is exceeding expectations, the NCI deal which is forthcoming is going to open up many many other deals as the endorsement from the NCI alone is a platinum stamp of approval.

The market needs to catch up and digest this but as always the plateaux levels remain buying and accumulative opportunities for loading up.

I have been reading from co investors how positive the investor meets went and we are on track for the official San Diego launch of optimal to the world.
