Thanks for affording me the respect which I am humbled with and I wish I was worthy of. In terms of my opinion on the share price forecast I’m not sure what the market markers and shorters may do in the short term but no doubt they will try and big the SP down to promote negative sentiment. However the ultimate end goal will be the deal announcement which is inevitable to shoot this up in a unilateral spike so fast it will be explosive. This may happen in Oct/Nov/Dec 25 or may even extend into early 26 IMO. In any scenario I am forecasting a triple figure rise and am happy to ride out the journey. If however I needed to extract funds asap I would be more wary, this is definitely a share to park and let IMM and the market do the rest.

2025 is the year of delivery and this has been proven so far. Tim has had so much flak and criticism this year but he has turned this company around starting 3 years ago, it is only now that it is bearing fruition.

Stay patient/tolerant/dedicated and you will be rewarded in abundance.

I have been acquiring shares over at IMM and managed to make a 6 figure profit. The plan is to recycle those profits into here. A confident top up at these here current levels and with Adrian planning something to drop out of his sleeves I would want to be in for the big reveal

My honest answer is I don’t know about the laws of the patent so I would pass up commenting as it will be an opinion and I prefer my posts to be factual and evidence based

On another note my cousin has expressed an interest in acquiring shares and has a budget of around 50k, I told him he needs to put it in quick next week, so expect another tranche to be taken. When it does I will update everyone

The p140 is the baseline foundation for other peptides to come out which may work more efficiently on specific auto immune conditions. This work is also continuing in the background. P140 opens up so much scope because it’s chemical pathway can be extrapolated and tweaked at multiple parts of its clinical stage of activity, excerpt from below results RNS this year to remind you:

Imagine more variants of p140 to get developed over time to deal with specific clinical co morbidities

I must also add the other 2 compounds BioAMB and BioCIN are also commercial animals. They have used existing drugs and repurposed them using their peptide tech research. This means time to market will be a lot quicker as they are already used in there current form for many decades already. Once again I will use mounjaro as an example which originally was developed for type 2 diabetes and now become one of the worlds biggest sellers for weight loss after being repurposed, a similar principle for BioCin/Amb

Imm is not just a one product outfit, there is just so much commercial potential amongst the breadth of it all.

All the forecasts and predictions made this week for an upward trend have played out successfully.

It is upsetting and frustrating to still see the likes of one2many spreading negativity and fear amongst this board without any factual or evidence based information. Irrespective of this the SP has still pushed through and the sheer amount of large buys adjacent to mine has been reassuring to see as personally expected.

Once again I would urge all posters to exercise:

Honesty

Transparency

Making objective and not subjective statements

How someone can refute the evidence at this stage of the journey and spread doubt is beyond me. Nothing is certain in this life but this share upward explosion is as good as you’re going to get before the end of 2025.

Yes under active thyroid gland is one of the most common metabolic auto immune disorders there is. At the moment to regulate metabolism we give patients lifelong thyroid replacement therapy in the form of tablets called levothyroxine tablets. This is low risk to reassure any new investors. Some of us have been here through the journey for several years and strong believers in the science. You raise a valid concern but equally don’t forget

P140 was already successfully patented before, it is the same drug just some additional findings and a new MOA discovered. They know actually know now why it causes minimal side effects.

Dr Seb has mentioned how robust and confident he is and almost guarantees the patent will go through with the extensive evidence base they have attached to the filings. They are very conscientious and attention to detail scientists. At this level precision, accuracy and no room for error is a must.

They have spent nearly 3 years collating this data, to specifically avoid a patent failure. The long period of silence has now come to an end because of the conclusions of all there hard work

I believe the reason Tim is so confident in his ability to secure a deal this year is because the talks have been ongoing until at least 2024. There has been a lot of back and forth between both parties albeit they can now share the data room with big Pharmas internal scientists in more detail. It doesn’t take long to decipher the MOA once it has been broken down and will be logically narrated by Dr Seb et al.

I think IMMs dilemma now is:

-Take a traditional structured deal with upfront/royalties/milestones

-Hand over the rights to p140 for a one off figure

- sell the entire portfolio of IMM and it asset

All scenarios are lucratively viable for shareholders who have brought at this level and let’s be honest it is a nice dilemma to have.

Whichever scenario transpires this is only going up in a unilateral direction so buy and hold to your valuable shares like the astute investors are loading up now.

Nice to see some steady buys this morning, once I take a chunk out of profit out of IMM on the next multibag will be recycling some profits into here. Investors and employees alike are now back off the summer break allowing for the licensing discussions to resume and trading to continue .
