BUT if we aren’t getting any evaluations or making the lab profitable then we need to CUT costs NOW.

I told SuZy that Theormx had no chance of raising the necessary funds . Just doesn’t take THAT long and they had no track record of having raised anything in the past.

SuZy told me she likes proving people wrong . That’s why she won’t end it with Theormx as that will be an admission of failure .

We all make mistakes but SuZy never does . She never ever admitted it was a mistake giving Cenkos 6pct of our company in free warrants . Yet she has just ousted them as broker . She still won’t admit it was a mistake.

SuZy ,be humble please ,be honest with us over 201.

You can’t keep coming back to us to pay your wages .

Euda came at right time ..for euda cos they needed a ramp up in price to keep their quote and for us as SuZy needed to place stock .

With this current BOD I think the next placing in 6 months time will be 2p max and maybe no one will back this BOD again . Why throw away money . Huge shareholder destruction over 3.5 years .

I want to see a new CEO with SuZy working with Cathy on the SAB . I don’t believe SuZy should be Ceo and I believe she agrees with me (but would never admit it !!)

Until a director shows some confidence in Val and buys a decent amount of stock or a new person with a decent holding gets welcomed onto the BOD then you will keep getting fund raises at decreasing prices .

As long as the BOD keep their jobs and get their salaries they won’t care about the Val share price or dilution .

It’s been an awful 3.5 years with this BOD . It needs 3 new directors to change things for the better . I’ve said this for over a year now and have been proven correct .

True but she knows everyone was looking at how many shares she was going to buy . At He1 the directors probably already own stock.

Stella left ,Adam left ,turner pope left ,Cenkos left . SuZy needs to take a step back and evaluate how she’s done the past 3 years, looks like Adam wasnt impressed ..me guessing .

Yes SuZy has managed to massively increase costs with no increase in revenues .

She constantly relies on shareholders to finance this increase in costs but the time is up as no one will fund this going forward .Looks like Shard managed to raise funds on back of then being new broker .

With BOD changes we have bright prospects . With these 4 I’m afraid to say the future looks very grim indeed .

You can’t blame SuZy ..she just wants to prove the doubters wrong so why not wait years and years for Theoremx to

come up trumps ? Theoremx have nothing to lose and nor does SuZy . If the shares fall and she gets no money from

Theormx she just has another raise to add to the many she’s already had . She bought £4000 shares so she doesn’t care but can still command a £160,000 salary for years to come out of the placings she announces .

Got to hand it to SuZy as she loses no money when Val shares fall yet she benefits from a big salary and bonuses .

Letting Theormx off 10k of monthly fees ..wow

Promising 4 evaluations per annum and delivering 1 in 3 years ..wow

Cutting costs and then hugely increasing them ..wow

You obviously have a lot more confidence than our BOD who have continually refused to invest much money even after 3 years of running Val and at a multi year low share price / mkt cap of a paltry £6m.

So Val BOD are saying this company is uninvestable and you are saying it’s a good buy . Interesting !!

SuZy keeps telling us Theoremx are making terrific progress . If so after 2 years they must surely have raised the millions needed as continual progress means exactly that !!

Just something niggling at me …SuZy is “totally confident “ about Theromx and 201 yet had decided to invest £4000 …im sorry but I just don’t believe she’s unconcerned . Or maybe she is as she holds so few shares in Valirx . I would love to see her get her appraisal from her bosses and respond to the comments made !!

Nearly 4 years ago SuZy joined when Val were prices to go bust . She raised at 7p 4 years ago .

She has now raised at 6p …surely enough is enough ?

We’ve had 3.5 years of broken promises under SuZy ..delivered on Kings and a lab that hasn’t got past minimal revs.

We shouldn’t attend any of the q and a any more as nothing is achieved .

1/ Stop reading LSE .

2/ Stop emailing shareholders .

3/ Stop coming back to shareholders for more money to pay for wages .

4/ Increase revenues from Zero.

5/ Win a lab contract.

6/ Stop being gullible .

7/ Put shareholders interests before proving people wrong .

8/ Get the right team on BOD to produce revenue AND profit .

9/ Stop over promising and under delivering .

10/ Stop showing Val chart vs peer charts .

11/ Stop having quarterly q and a repeating the same stuff we have heard for 3 years .

12 / End partnerships that have produced f all for years upon years .

13/ Don’t come back to market to raise any more money . If so don’t take wages .No profit = Failure.

14/ Don’t blame others for Val failures .

15/ Stop expecting others to invest if you won’t . If the CEO will only buy 66k shares then why expect others to buy 30m shares .

16/ We won’t believe a word of your optimism if you won’t invest at least 2 weeks wages into Val.
