It’s very very important to either have large Director buying of large holdings other wise SH and directors interests aren’t aligned .

I find when directors don’t hold much stock there is more and more confetti - placings .

Yes the directors of Osi bought loads of stock so no complaints there ,same as Ygen,kino and Csfs . I always encourage directors to buy otherwise why listen to them promoting the company .

In 75pct of my big holdings directors have big stakes of have been decent buyers .

Very very important .

When directors don’t buy it sends out a bad message imho .

I will always support Adam and have done for many years now . He has appreciated my advice and thanked me for it . He knows I love him hence I’ve always had time for him .

I’m also heavily invested and would love Val to succeed and never have another placing

However unlike you PM I won’t pretend that everything is rosy . I’ve stated that NOW is the time for Adam to join the BOD . Been far too many mistakes by this BOD and imho voting this 5 back in was a huge mistake

Problem is no one will take SuZy seriously any more of this deal doesn’t go through as she’s been so confident it will when it’s plainly obvious it won’t !
