Mark ,it’s a small positive that Adam has got more involved but my worry is that it’s not enough . If Val had a great balance sheet and we had time then it’s a great move but as the votes showed and the mistakes form the BOD have highlighted,Adam is needed on the BOD NOW. I got Theormx right over a year ago (whilst most others thought it was a done deal) and I fear this latest move is very bearish indeed.

If you think this BOD are capable then by all means stay with your bullish stance but I’m shocked at your stance /approach .

I voted for SuZy and Kevin BUT voting for all 5 and delaying Adam’s appointment on the BOD is a huge mistake in my opinion .

As for Porky joining the BOD ,it’s not going to happen but as you know ,Mark, I’ve not liked the way Porky posts but I’ve always told you in the Telegram group that Porky ,on the whole ,has made a lot of valid points .So much so that sometimes I think it could be me writing them.

I still hold Val as there is huge potential value BUT imho we may look back at this Agm vote and have HUGE regrets.

It’s no use Adam joining a scientific committee as we need him on the BOD ,we have enough scientists we need good commercial nous .

Porky ,90 pct of what you write is very shrewd and as I’ve said in the Telegram group for ages I think you are spot on although mentioning 3.5p placings is very wrong .

Anyway these are my points for why this BOD will find it hard to raise money at a decent price if needed …I was right about Theoremx and I’m right about Adam needing to join the BOD.

If Adam hadn’t had voted I think 3 directors would have been ousted as 12m votes vs a drctr is a lot of dissent !!

So what are the mistakes you may ask me ?

V little director buying ,turning Adam away from SH rep,turning Adam away from the BOD(not inviting him on ) ,making an excuse that they don’t need him for commercial decisions , giving Cenkos 6pct of equity via warrants , Stella saying she won’t buy cos of this BB,Martin L saying directors are inside too much , not progressing 401 and leaving it with blackcat for 3 years ,not progressing 301 and leaving it with the Japanese for 3 years ,turning down 1.5m Gbp at 30p , waiting till last minute to raise money at 10p when we were 25p weeks before hand ,not introducing 1 insti holder to the register ,staying with Theromx for 2 years when it’s plainly obvious they won’t raise the funds ,not including Adam In acq talks ,only 1 SPV when SuZy promised many last November ,sticking with buy and Build until recently even though our mkt cap is tiny ,shares fallen from 35p to 7p over most of the 3 years BOD tenure,paying themselves bonuses after delivering one deal (kings ) in 3 years .

Porky I never thought I would ever say this but you are very clever and I would like to see you and Adam join the BOD as this co has enormous potential ..I personally don’t think the lab will make more than a small profit and will take time but I LOVE THE SPV STRATEGY . with you and Adam on the BOD we could reach 50p ,without you both i dread to think .

Markets are very risk averse ..look at Rene and Pyc ,huge discounts in raises .We need Adam on the BOD to increase confidence .

For these 5 directors to be voted back on after 3 years of dire performance is a travesty .

Porky please speak to Adam and let’s move Val forward with the 2 of you spearheading a bright future .

Don’t forget if we ever do raise money we need to dig deep in our pockets AGAIN as we need to also pay bonuses to the directors for the fabulous share price performance since their last bonuses were paid ..30p to 7p ..so we are all losing huge amounts of money but we are paying for directors salaries AND bonuses !!

There have been huge mistakes and things need to change

My major worry is a rise in this dire market hence my annoyance at the AGM VOTE …Adam on the BOD means far less dilution than we are going to get .

That’s my genuine opinion . If you liked the answers to why directors never bought any shares and to why Adam wasn’t invited on the BOD then I’m shocked !!

We had a chance to make changes ,let’s pray Adam is quick in reversing his votes as I’m worried ..and yes I still hold a lot of shares .

I had every intention of not posting ..I left the telegram group as post Agm I was very upset with Director comments and lack of respect for Adam who helped me a lot behind the scenes save Val from oblivion .

Hey ho,no one has listened to me for months now and I’m afraid I’ve called it right .

Adam is a top guy and I respect his wishes but he and many others know that his current role won’t help with the awful strategic decisions that have been made .

SuZy did look very fed up and while I don’t feel sorry about 201 for her as she’s still sticking with them (knowing zero chance they will come good ) I do feel sorry for her that she reads all the posts on LSE ..

Her and Adam will make a great team but Adam”s votes yday meant he was voting for a much lower priced raise ..that’s how I see it and why I’m so upset he never joined the BOD.
