Adam is a very highly regarded scientist and him adding to his sizeable position bodes well for long term holders .

There is so much here to like.The Uni strategy will be like picking up 50 quid notes for a fiver ..BUT

Porky is absolutely right about 201 ..SuZy is treating shareholders like babies stating she’s seeing continued evidence of progression from Theromx …Im literally laughing at those words (or should I say crying ) ..nothing more to say on 201 except that the BOD can’t stay in its current state when (my opinion ,dyor) SuZy announces after 2 years that Theoremx CANNOT raise the necessary funds !!

Or maybe I will be proven wrong ? Hmmmmm : )

What are the BOD paid ? 400k ?
Have we ever made a 400k profit for the 20 years Val has been in existence ? NO
So basically shareholders buy into placings so directors can be paid 400k per annum but not 1p of profit created in 20 years !!

Something ain’t right

Positives are that SuZy isn’t just hanging around waiting for legacy assets to produce and she has managed to tie up with kings which could be very exciting .The new strategy is very exciting which at 10p means we will have a number of opps to rerate us .

Negatives are SuZy can’t negotiate…she’s diluted us 4 times at 6p to 11p meaning existing shareholders have had to continually dig deep into their pockets whilst watching the BOD buy very few shares including Stella!!

If SuZy had a bigger than small holding do you really think she would let Theormx off 250k of fees and wait 2 years for them to raise funds knowing shares in issue would have to double and maybe treble cos of it .

I told her a year ago Theormx wouldn’t raise a bean ..DOES NOT take 2 years .I’ve heard a multiple of excuses but as SuZy has said many times “ I like to prove people wrong “

I hope I’m very wrong but I’m still at 99pct (prob 100pct) that we will dump Theormx but SuZy you have waited far too long …

Are you accountable for this shambles ? Probably not ..seems like you have a job for life at Val as CEO but please please think of your shareholders ..toughen up ,tell Theormx enough is enough and while youre at it thank them for disappointing the patients who are waiting for 201 to help them with this nasty disease.

She knows she will be judged on 201 ..time to deliver SuZy

SuZy must know that having said she is totally confident of a deal for 2 years that her position as CEO is untenable if she doesn’t deliver ?

Can’t believe she would still wait for Theormx ,letting them off £250k in fees ,if she wasnt 100 pct sure they will raise the funds ? She knows her job as CEO is at risk so maybe 201 deal will happen ? She tells us the evidence after 2 years is still compelling and progressing so after 2 years maybe IT is about to happen ? Well done SuZy for your optimism ,your shareholders believe and trust you will deliver on 201 with Theoremx .
