If we want to see more evidence of progress from Theoremx then we should be able to ,even if Adam is made inside .

I think there is no evidence …SuZy is quite happy for all of us to get DILUTED 5 times at a paltry mkt cap of £10m whilst over here 3 year tenureship has delivered fook all on legacy drugs ..still totally confident and relaxed about 301 funding ?

SuZy is a nice lady and would be a good CSO on the BOD but as a CEO it’s too soon and she has let all shareholders down backing the wrong horse ..eat humble pie and move on .

Stella won’t buy imho cos she has no confidence in Theormx ..and she knows more raises as SuZy and Kevin want a buy and build !! Lol

3 years and our shares have halved ..not a good return ..bad investment for me ..luckily I sold half at 18p as I knew theormx had no chance of raising the necessary funds ..they even won’t pay us 240k in promised fees .

Someone has to leave the BOD for this shambles and maybe 2 …I would like to see a new CFO and a new non exec who can help guide SuZy .Maybe a new CEO with SuZy as CSO..she may appreciate not doing a ceo role as negotiating doesn’t seem her strong point .

Please please SuZy ..waiting 2 years on 201 is NOT fair to patients never mind us shareholders

Doesn’t take 2 years to raise funds .I think SuZy knows there is zero chance ,I just wish she would be horst with us and stop this time delay as it’s not fair to patients and shareholders .

Very exciting times with kings and evaluations and at 8p huge potential long term value

BUT it’s time to show shareholders evidence of progress made by theoremx cos I just don’t believe any progress is being made .

It’s been plainly obvious to me there will be no 201 or 301 or 401 deal.Hence SuZy is delegate to raise funds to make more acquisitions .
Who in their right mind would let Theoremx off 10k fees per month and wait 2 years cos Theormx say they can raise the necessary funds ? I’ve said 5 pct chance for last 12 months ..it’s obviously a zero.
Time to move on and dump Theoremx as it’s our company and we are being taken for MUGS.
Ask Theoremx for 100k ,If they really think they can raise they will pay it …but no they won’t as they are stringing us along .(they lose nothing ,we lose everything )

If you think an investor will pay 11 quid when a drawdown can get an 8pct discount to market prices (and even lower as they can time their purchase before a rally )

So let’s get this straight ,SuZy told us the 201 data was excellent so I trust her on this .
We should be employing consultants to try to find the right partner .
Our shares attribute zero value to 201 so it’s in our best interests to leave Thx
Our shares are undervalued …we just need to move on and progress our legacy assets.
Very excited by kings and future compounds we take on,it’s a great strategy .

Adam is also a top top guy and I’m hoping he joins the board .if he does I will buy stock here as the board needs his help ,he has so much to offer that it saddens me that Adam isn’t more involved.

I’ve top sliced for 4 reasons

1/ since June it’s been plainly obvious to me theormx Have no chance of raising any funds ..im shocked SuZy hasn’t dumped them

2/ not seen Stella or any board members buying stock at these depressed levels

3/ Adam not more involved in the running of Val

4/ I made a substantial investment in a cyber security co where i can see a 300pct return (which I can’t see here for the moment )

However I’m still above 3pct as I LOVE the new strategy ,like that Cathy has joined us. Love the kings deal and think over a 3 year time period we will be substantially higher .

I have the unenviable right to change my mind esp if I continue to see no Director buys down here .
