I’ve said for over a year that Theoremx are MESSERS but the BOD don’t care as most own very few shares and some have zero shares ! So they have all the time in the world while us shareholders pay for their wages with 5 fund raises so far since SuZy took over as CEO !!

Adam is probably the most successful and intelligent lab owner so let’s hope SuZy seeks his guidance ..what a waste that she won’t take Adam as a consultant ..shareholders want Adam more involved .SuZy will admit she has screwed up with Cenkos warrants and 201 so eat Humble pie and seek Adam’s help ..he’s not only highly intelligent he’s a super super guy ,I love him I really do and he can do wonders for Val.

SuZy should stay on the BOD but hand over the reins to Adam ..shares would double overnight and then potentially 20 bag.

In the short term we have the following head winds hence my 8p to 12p range has remained in place for a long while and will remain in place for many months

1/ When will we need a raise

2/ Trust In the BOD is minimal

3/ Theoremx who are a complete and utter joke

4/ Stella refusal to buy shares

So I’m neutral on a 3 to 6 month view

And bullish on a 2 to 3 year view .

The BOD have treated Adam awfully and therefore needs strengthening ..2 should be changed asap.

If you’re at 95pct you better get buying !!

We have patients waiting for 201 ..why the hell are we waiting when SuZy herself said June last year would be the latest deadline ?!!

I agree with many of your points especially Theoremx who I said 12 months ago were leading us up the garden path .I believe SuZy is too embarrassed to end the exclusivity as she’s worried about her reputation and share price reaction .

However don’t you think this bad news is in the price ? With another SPV or any other good news we may rise to a higher trading range ,maybe 15p to 20p ?

I’ve said for months that we are 8p to 12p for a long long time and can’t see us falling below 8p ..so far been proved right .

Upto Suzy to now deliver something after 3 years of patient waiting by shareholders .Any piece of good news could propel us into a higher trading range .

SuZy has made many mistakes over the last 3 years but hopefully as Ceo can recognise this and make the necessary changes to the BOD that’s needed after the 201 shambles.
