You keep backing this BoD ,I hope you can keep buying into all the placings BUT don’t write this same old s### in 3 years time when we have 400m shares in issue .

He’s blatantly employed by Val ..Pm prob works for the pr department . He would just keep everything as it is as he’s happy with the share price performance and the profits Val are making …he seriously needs to see a doctor . Not normal

No SuZy raises at 7p and has raised 5 times since she was appointed .

We had 17m shares after that placing before she was made Ceo.

Shares in issue will be 230m by year end .

Anyone long when SuZy arrived will now need 135p just to break even (not happening !)

When SuZy arrived we had a tiny mkt cap as it wasn’t certain we would survive ..we are now half that price.

You seriously think SuZy and the BOD have done a decent job ?

If we stubbornly hadn’t have waited for Theormx to deliver we wouldn’t have had to bankroll the co as we would have done a deal with another party and got some much needed revenue .in .

I’m in absolute shock that shareholders have waited over 3.5 years to vote for change . I do hope that ALL the BOD is changed before the next placing in qtr4.

When SuZy joined 3.5 years ago there were 17m shares in issue .

She has spent so much money and brought in zero revenue that we will have 230m shares in issue come November .

This means to get to the equivalent of 20p when SuZy first arrived we will now have to get to £2.70p.

Please SuZy ,at your next appraisal please tell us shareholders “ Do you think you have done a good job as CEO” ?

We should boycott the next q and a. When have the BOD delivered on any of the promises we have heard at these meetings ?

Shareholders have a choice . Back the same management who have over promised and undelivered . A BoD who have delivered HUGE dilution at tiny mkt caps .

When we buy into placings that’s what we are doing .

Paying the BOD salaries BUT they have delivered higher costs and NO revenues .

The bod know theormx won’t deliver and that has cost us big time ..17m shares in issue when SuZy arrived and now 130m shares and will be 230m in Nov 2024.

I said it 2 years ago and have a WhatsApp message to SuZy telling her theormx will NOT deliver .

Surely bod say “ give us 150k gbp to keep exclusivity” if they say no we know it was not going to happen ! Who allows Theoremx to make Empty promises for 3 years ?

If SuZy stays Val will raise at 2p in October ..don’t say you weren’t warned .

I am long as was hoping for major BoD changes but I did sell down 90 pct of my holding in the 30s 40s and 50s as didn’t trust Theormx .

Change the WHOLE BOD and this could well 10 bag . Change nothing and we will see the same non delivery of promises with huge costs and little revenue with 230m shares in issue ..

I’m afraid she is treating shareholders with contempt

But she owns very few shares so she is probably laughing at us all as we keep paying her large 180k wages each year plus the BOD bonuses !!

Got to have it to SuZy as we are the mugs . She’s clever and looks like she has a job for life here…

Until she can’t raise any more money to pay herself and her directors wages !!

For me this is one of the biggest shambles on Aim.

Adam and the shareholders here have a matter of weeks to force change or I’m with porky …situation will become even more dire (if it’s possible ) than it already is !

I’m not so sure Val will get away with another placing at any price while SuZy is CEO.

She has 6 months to deliver something substantial or it could be all over .

I’m small long in the hope we get a new Ceo as under new leadership I believe this will be a 5 bagger plus .

With Suzy as ceo this could be a zero .
