When a BDM is paid 90k it costs Val c 125k

Until BOD care about each and every penny this is Uninvestable .

Control costs and there is less dilution.

Not impressed at all with this BOD for allowing a non BOD member earn that sort of money unless he or she is making a massive contribution and with zero profits over 20 years that’s not happening !!

All salaries need to be looked at .

Anyone on a big salary CANNOT be working at another job . Everyone neede to be asked what they are doing when they WFH.

It is out of order to keep asking shareholders to stump up money when employees off the BOD are being paid far too much vs what they deliver .
