Imho ,legacy assets worth zero. Clx maybe worth something but I can’t see anything except a big loss again this year.

I’m an idiot as I bought some at 0.58p BUT this is only investable when both

1/ BDM is ousted or salary cut in half.(gets rid of other job and salary cut in half )

2/ Theoremx are dumped as ZERO chance they raise a penny .

If mark Ecclestone is in USA you can bet Mark Treharne will be there too..why else pay 120k (90k salary ) for a nice guy whose good company but has no scientific knowledge and only ever worked at at a bucket shop broker!!

Mark (excuse the pun) my words. When Theoremx fails ,shareholders will ask Ecclestone to leave. But he will have Canny vote !! Wonder why lol

Now Mark will be criticised by shareholders as opposed to being seen as a strong CEO.

He’s lucky to have been appointed and I feel that he will be under a lot of pressure when Theoremx tell him they can’t raise a penny.

Problem here is 2fold.

1/ We refuse to ditch Theoremx. Total waste of time . Who keeps a deal going with an outfit who has failed to raise a dime for nearly 5 years yet has nothing to lose if it fails . We aren’t a charity . Zero chance Theoremx delivers.

2/ Who the hell pays 90k for a BDM with no scientific knowledge ?

Get these two matters sorted out and the future will look much brighter.

How wrong I was because we still are backing a losing horse in Theoremx who has a zero chance of delivering 201 deal AND we still have many staff who are delivering FA.

I see no change to the Suzy era.

The BOD don’t cut costs enough as they know they can raise £1.5m at year end to keep this shambles going.

The only happy people are the Val directors and employees who keep getting paid for many years whilst destroying shareholder value by over 95 pct.

Shareholders should tell Val that they won’t support any more raises until they deliver some profit and or shareholder value.

Directors take their salaries ,deliver FA and come back to market in order to pay for another years salaries.
