You think Val are a buy at 0.8p but you’re in at equivalent of 0.5p.

Why should investors pay 0.8p when a few weeks ago you bought at 0.65p with a 3 year warrant ?

Surely new investors should wait and not pay above 0.65p especially as they get no warrant.

I think right price for buyers is 0.6p top .

Stephen ,if you think Theoremx are going to deliver after 4 years of promises with nothing to lose of it falls through you are either very drunk or ramping to sell.

There is zero chance that Theoremx will deliver .

If ME was a good negotiator he would have got st least £100k upfront . What happened to the £10k a month service fees promised ?

Also shareholders here have lost fortunes so yes it’s a disgrace that the BDM costs us £120k per annum when there is zero for him to do!!

Until we dump Theormx and cut costs this is Uninvestable .

As I’ve said it’s a good punt at 0.65p but ax this will be is 3p a mkt cap of £25m as I can’t see any cash coming in from anywhere unless we sell a cell (or 2 )

Not only was it on a call with a broker I trust but I’ve had email correspondence with management where I’m adamant I’m not happy about this 90k salary .

It’s a good punt in the placing but why should I pay for a 120k cost BDM ?

Costs need cutting NOW.

As I’ve said this can triple ,good luck to many friends who hold .

CLX ,new evaluations and cells means there is hope value here now at this tiny mkt cap.

CLX could also be worth zero so don’t get carried away.

0.65p with a warrant is a good punt.

O.85 without a warrant not so good .

Surely you can work out why ?!

Buying at 0.65 with a warrant is better than buying at 0.55 without a warrant !

Also think legacy assets are worth ZERO

As you know I don’t make things up.

The BDM stated what he earns on a broker call. The BDM is a nice fella I just think it’s an extortionate amount of money we can’t afford when the role isn’t needed.

If an employee is earning 90k you tell me how much it costs Val after NI and pension contributions? I think 120k/130k but maybe I’m too high ? All i know is we need to cut costs further .

I’ve always been most excited here about new evaluations but we haven’t had enough cash to take more in so maybe this will change now.

We will probably trade between 0.5p and 1p until we get further news .

I don’t think Theoremx will deliver. Shocked ME has given them more time.

I don’t think the lab will create enough revenue to justify its existence .

However one of the following can provide a good boost to the share price .

1/ Clx progress

2/ one or two decent new evaluations .

3/ selling more cells .

If only ME had cut costs properly then I would be disclosable like you .

You won’t call this right because you’ve been bullish since 40p.

You’ve posted many times a day for years except before a placing.

You loved Val when there was 17m shares in issue and now love it with 750m shares in issue at 1.3p.

This will never ever be 10p.

Yes it could 3 bag but then it’s a raging sell as no revenue is coming from anywhere this year to pay the ridiculous costs.

Tell me how much business the BDM has brought in ? He raised money at 0.65p with warrants ..that’s a sackable offence in itself .

If costs are cut aggressively ,so no BDM, which is not needed in this mkt cap of £2m with little to no revenue then I will buy aggressively.

However I won’t invest here whilst the CEO keeps employing his best mate costing Val £130k per annum . Shocked the major shareholders allow it.

Shareholders here have lost a fortune . Time for BOD to pay back SH and boost share price by getting rid of DEAD WOOD.

Porky deserves a lot of credit for warning investors and PM should hang his head in shame for costing investors a fortune .
