I think there is a correlation between share price ,delivering no revenues over 4 years AND the share price .

Shareholders are fuming imho and as we fall into the 3s it’s my opinion that they will oust her ..let’s see !

Situation here is dire and I actually think she will regret her £4k purchase as shareholders finally realise all her promises were hot air.

Last years Agm was a huge missed opportunity ..this years Agm maybe too late BUT maybe a last opportunity to salvage some value here .

Every time I see SuZy in a q and a and see her make continual promises which she knows she can’t deliver on I think she knows she has a job for life as Val ceo .

Every time I see SuZy buy £4k of shares I think she knows she has a job for life as Ceo .

Every time i see Val shares fall I think SuZy doesn’t care as I think she knows she has a job for life as CEO .

Until our shares fall in to the 3s…then I think she knows her job will be UNTENABLE.

Return again a few weeks before Val have to raise again ?!

We had 17m shares in issue when SuZy arrived

We now have 130m and likely to be 230m with another 6 months of SuZy running the show .

For SuZy and the Bod they will not care if there’s 1 billion shares in issue as they still get paid their salaries and bonuses whilst losing NO money as they hold so few shares .

Got to hand it to this BOD ,in any other industry they would NOT still be commanding c.500k in salaries .

Time to take some stock in lieu of salary ?

Someone’s bought every day for 3 years ..hasn’t stopped the shares from falling from 33p (when SuZy tweeted “totally confident and unconcerned “ )to 4.7p.

Not saying we will fall in price from here (hope not !) just that we need changes or we will be in a 3p

To 6p range for 6 months and then another hugely discounted raise to pay for Bod salaries and bonuses .

I don’t think this BOD are stupid enough to allow an EGM cos then all this will be very public . SuZy will feel humiliated so I hope, for her, she sees sense .

Agreed we will never get a decent return on the lab but will cost us millions in dilution .

DONT dilute current shareholders at a mkt cap of 5m to buy a lab which will never produce a profit of more than 250k with huge increases in staff cost etc .

Now we haven’t had enough money to get more evolutions .

It’s a shambles .

They will have a lot more time as they won’t be reading LSE hourly and replying to shareholder emails daily .

That will save hours a day .

Imho one of SD and KC needs to go or we will still spend spend spend and bring in minimal revenues. Over promise and under deliver is the mantra .

We need cash to fund evaluations NOT spend mad money on this lab .
