As she knows every single shareholder wants a new CEO .

One of the new non execs worked at Northlands where I’m sure Mark Treharne worked .

So it’s very likely she will control the BOD with both non execs and Gerry voting with her .

Pointless letting the BOD pick a new Chair as that will strengthen SuZy’s position on the BOD.

I still hold shares so these moves are very worrying indeed

as I think with Suzy as Ceo we will all loose our money .

Whose going to back a raise of £2m with no revenues and no profits after this recq ? NOONE

IF SuZy leaves we can get more evaluations in and we all have a chance to recoup losses ..with her I’m afraid to say it’s game over .

If SuZy allows this to go to EGM knowing shes going to lose then her position as Ceo will be untenable .

If she’s got any sense she will negotiate .

While Kevin and SuZy are still here I have no interest in buying any more stock ..at ANY price .

They have destroyed share holder value .

They are lucky shareholders still believe in them .I DONT .

I told the SH’s 201 wouldn’t happen 2 years ago !

I am now telling them last chance for change ..change to ceo or Chair position .

I will add if this happens . If not I will sell my remaining shares .

Have the SH’s got conviction or will they just accept raise ,spend ,rinse and repeat .

Got to hand it to SuZy ..she has made SH life a misery for 4 years yet she seems to have a job for life . SH’s are very very nice and don’t mind HUGE dilution to pay her salary and pay for her mistakes ..lucky lady !! Not accountable it seems .

I also called this in June 2022 and have a message to SuZy saying there was NO way theormx would deliver on 201. SuZy admitted that she has to deliver by June 2022.

I’m in shock that shareholders aren’t forcing either Kevin C or SuZy to resign .

I’ve no idea who the resolutions were calling for to resign but if the 2 of them are still in place in a few weeks time I think Val is doomed for ever .

Still control the BOD. We need a new chair ,it’s imperative . 2 new non execs and a new chair . I wouldn’t mind a new non exec who has SH best interests at heart working with Martin Lampshire and a new Chair would be the best outcome .

I’ve been investing for over 40 years and I’m not the cleverest investor by a long way BUT I can tell if a management are delivering and whether they will deliver .

It’s time for change . It’s now or never . If shareholders back Kevin and SuZy to continue in their current roles I fear we will all lose everything .

I had a dream last night

I was on a call with Suzy and Theormx and it went like this (was a dream so was slightly unclear )

SuZy “ hi Patrick how’s it going ?”

Patrick “ it’s going really really well SuZy ,we have funders lined up for 201”

SuZy “ that’s great but you have been saying this for over 3 years !”

Patrick” I know I know but it really is imminent and as you know you’ve waited this long so what’s another 3 months ?”

SuZy “ but but if you let me down you have nothing to lose but I will lose my job cos I’ve told shareholders I’m seeing progress from you guys “

Patrick “ we only have nothing to lose cos you let us off monthly fees of 10k and you have never asked us for any payment to have exclusivity “

SuZy “ I’m not happy as I like To prove my doubters wrong . Please let me know by oct 2024 as if you don’t raise the necessary funds I will have to ask my shareholders to stump up money for my wages …again “

Then I woke up and realised it was just a dream …or maybe a nightmare !!

SuZy promised us loads of news back in November .

We’ve heard very little .

With costs rising and no revenues coming in ,it’s time the Bod take stock in lieu of salary .

Shareholders have been funding Val for 3.5 years under SuZy and Kevin and I would say there shares been little progress.

This is a pivotal point . There is either BOD change or we get another 2 fund raises by end 2025 with 350m shares in issue by then imho :

OR we make changes to the BOD and at least we can all have some hope of recouping some losses .

For me it’s an easy decision but any further delays and shareholders will deserve to lose it all.

It would be HUGELY positive to get a new Chairperson .

I think Kevin C will be the first to admit Val hasn’t prospered under his tenureship.

Time for change . We’ve been so patient and deserve better times.
