Shares are down 30pct since that over subscription so it means nothing ! Market makers probably wanted stock lol!!

Look to the future and don’t believe everything a CEO is telling you !! He told you he was very confident with THx so be careful my friend . He will use you to disseminate info so you put pressure on him to make the moves you want to protect your investment .

I’ve been right on Val so far. Make the changes needed Stephen ..you have a shed load of shares . I got you out at 60p didn’t I ! You weren’t sure ! Now I’m telling you to help make change . ME needs help and NOT from Suzy !! Help him please

No probs Stephen ,this is still a good punt BUT I have very little confidence in ME . I think (and it’s only my opinion based on his decision making so far ) that Suzy is still running this ship from afar.

I thought getting an internal CEO would be a good idea but how wrong I was as ME has made some awful decisions which I don’t believe any external CEO would make.

So whilst this is a good punt ,don’t fall in love with Val Stephen as there’s still a big loss to come this year and next and my gut (and it’s a big one !!) tells me that shareholders and bucket shop brokers won’t back any more fund raises here.

So ME ACT now in the best interests of shareholders or your tenure as CEO will be a lot shorter than past CEO’s here .

We are certainly bargain basement here and will only take Mark E to deliver on one front to get a double from here .

Problem is I haven’t much faith in Mark E delivering .Why ?

1/ Been plainly obvious for a long time that Theoremx wouldn’t deliver ,but Mark E said he had a close rship with the banker so was very confident of a deal happining . This is v naive as talk is cheap . So this wasn’t a good move by Mark E.

2/ We need to cut costs aggressively as we lose c£2m per annum and probably can’t come back to market to raise as shareholders won’t give this lot another penny to fund their lifestyles. We need to cut BDM salary in half straight away (unless he brings in £500k in business a year).

We need the extra money to bring in 2 SPV like stingray: Wasting it on non BOD members who help raise money on huge 75pct discounts is disgraceful .

So yes we are a buy here for a double but it’s only a trade because if mark E doesn’t deliver either large lab contracts or a couple of SPV then VAL won’t be around in 2026.

Mark you need to act now and save our investments Put shareholders before mates and get cost base down . Anyone not on BOD needs to earn their salary .

Oh and Adrian leaving was a big mistake. He was CEO material but I guess you wanted Yes men around you ?!! Adrian from my limited contact I had with him was NOT a yes man.

Let’s hope Mark E enthusiasm can turn this shambles around. £30m was wasted on 201 as our BOD backed a tin pot company with no skin in the game. Good to see Mark E invest large money at 0.65p BUT now is the time to act and get this share price up from a paltry £1.5m mkt cap. It’s doable but doubtful.

BTW porky you have saved many a fortune so thank you.
