Agreed about THX,I was shocked that ME gave them another chance and also that he negotiated 0.5pct. if he was a good negotiator he would have got 3pct or 100k. We need to toughen up . However he has finally got rid of them so well done Mark E.

With regard to costs it’s irrelevant what he has cut ,it’s relevant how much more he can cut without affecting the business. He is fully aware that paying someone who costs us 6 digits who has another job as there isn’t more than 2 hours a day for him to do at Val is plain and simply wrong and is a very bad signal that shareholders do NOT matter .

I mistakenly went long at 0.58p as I thought ME would sort a few things out . It’s irrelevant he’s cut costs ,they are still far too high for a co that’s going to lose millions still and makes no profit.

Paying 90k for a BDM is suicidal and if we don’t get an SPV in quick it will all be over for us all.

Everyone laughed at me when I suggested porky join the BOD. These 3 would transform this company and I would buy heavily into it. Would be so exciting .

But but ,Stephen is told (probably daily ) by the CEO that everything is great ,from 201 (oh dear not so great now !! ) to cost cutting (oh dear not so great as it costs Val c120k to keep our BDM in 2 jobs) to all the promised lab contracts (oh dear ,none announced since our CEO joined ) to a rising share price (oh dear,we are at multi year /all time lows )

Stephen , you need to be careful believing every word a CEO tells you .We all (inc me ) fell for the infamous Suzy tweet “ totally confident and unconcerned “ when our shares were 33p. Even I added at the time but then realised a little later that Theormx had zero chance of delivering a deal on 201 .(oh but Mark managed to get an extra half percent of nothing !!lol )

Mark E was then appointed as CEO and even I thought he may be a good appointment BUT at the Shard presentation he said Val was a lean machine (ha) and he has refused to get rid of dead wood(some but not all). In fact he let go the one man who could turn this mess around . He also said he was confident that Theoremx would deliver because he had a longstanding good rship with the banker involved and he said the money would be raised . You couldn’t make it up!

Now ,I do think we will get a snippet of good news and the shares will rally as mkt cap is so low.

BUT will anyone give this lot another penny when we have been given years and years of empty promises but all we have been given is millions of pounds of losses a year and not one division is making a profit !
