I read an interesting article about "buyout theft" and wanted to share it.
Anyways, is anyone familiar with the Casper (NYSE: CSPR) buyout case?
IPO'd for around 12$/share in 2020, dropped to 3,XX$ and going back private for around 6,90$ now.

I personally think that the risk/reward ratio is really good at current stock price. Inflation and general bad sentiment on THG are already priced in.
If PE aquire THG-->stock price will rise
If PE won't, MM give up his golden share and THG will get a premium listing-->stock price will rise

I only see an accounting fraud as a real risk at current SP, because THG is well known for poor accounting (MM and Co-Founder are ex-accountants if i remember correctly?, so they know all the tricks)

Hello guys, i'm from Germany and invested in this stock for a while (HIGH LOSS currently). Because of the buyout rumors i'm considering to lower my average. Can anyone tell me how the buyout rules in UK are? In Germany the average of the last 6 month must be offered to shareholders. Thank you in advance!
