I investested very early in this company. Maybe that's why i'm more critical than others.

To call this a case study is hilarious. And if anybody does their investment based on this, must be a very naive person. It's a marketing arcticle at most.

Many information are missing. What does +83% revenue growth mean?

Did they grow total revenue by 83% since they took over their operations 4 years ago? Or is it average annual growth rate? I guess first one.

How much does the company make? Growing a 20-30 million revenue company by 83% in 4 years or a 200-300 million revenue company is a huge difference.

Maybe he only bought a stake in asos, boohoo, etc. to push frasers plus. In case of THG it wouldn't be necessary to buy a stake, because they gave THG the Australia business for ingenuity in return

I'm also not fully convinced by the rebrand, but at least i can comprehend why they are doing it.

Overhaul of their own product offerings is also overdue.

With the rebrand they obviously try to target a broader audience, want to be more of a healthy lifestyle brand than bodybuilding / fitness brand.

It arguably looks better on the kitchen shelf. I would guess it looks more appealing to females now.

Might be a good move, because reason to buy MP was always the price. So scale is very important. MP never had the pricing power of competitors like Glanbia (Optimum Nutrition, etc).

The AutoStore investment had a ROI within 2 years, not all the other capex investment in ingenuity lol

Ingenuity complete was around 150m in 2022.

I never said that softbanks investment was only for ingenuity commerce...i said that RBC's valuation was based on ingenuity commerce hitting 0,5 billion

I also want this stock to rise and also believe that it is undervalued based on SOTP valuation..

But this company has a lot of work to do to convince investors to put money into this stock again:

- governance (landlord as CEO - yes, shareholders agreed with this pre-ipo, but it's still very uncommon)

- proof that it can actually grow organically (in the past it could be covered with acquisitions)

- ingenuity success (high capex investments in the past - proof investors that it was worth it)

In 2021 Ingenuity Commerce revenue was 45 million, and in 2022 it was 47million. So tenfold would be around 0,5 billion.

(Two years ago Ingenuity complete made already around 150m in revenue. So tenfold would be 1,5 billion)

Crafty, RBC's valuation was based on Ingenuity COMMERCE revenue hit 0,5 billion, wasn't it? Not Ingenuity in general (commerce, fulfillment, studios/marketing) hitting that number .

So your given example below would be absolute nonsense then. Ingenuity Commerce is very far away from hitting that number.

THG Ingenuitys website changes quite frequently. Every time i check it out there is a new layout.

Looks more structured and focused now. No mentioning of small gimmiks such as THG fraud detection, fluently, cloud services, etc.

Keep it simple, as i always said: E-Commerce tech, Fulfilment, Marketing Agency (Studios).
