today, assam chief minister himanta biswa sarma delivered a significant address during the autumn session of the state legislative assembly today, he said ...."the issue of regular load shedding in assam has been effectively tackled. i am pleased to inform you that for the past two days, there has been no load shedding in the state"....."additionally, cm sarma applauded the successful implementation of smart meters across households in assam"... and "the introduction of smart meters has led to a remarkable 60 percent reduction in power consumption across households," he proudly stated. you will recall in april 2022, cyanconnode received a letter of intent (“loi”) from intellismart for 500,000 omnimesh modules together with advanced metering infrastructure, standards-based hardware, services, omnimesh head-end software, perpetual license and an annual maintenance contract for this smart metering deployment in assam.
in may 2022, the company (cyanconnode ) received a follow on order for 100,000 units relating to this loi.
significantly, anil rawal, md & ceo of intellismart, commented at the time:
"as our smart metering project in assam gains momentum, we are pleased to place more orders in keeping with the loi to meet the ami requirements. intellismart remains committed to meeting the milestones and successfully delivering the first rdss smart meter project in the country."

if you look at this intellismart presentation ( may23).page 4
it seems intellismart won 600,000 smart meters under their own name. which is one package of many.
they have also won another package separately of 1.5 m meters under their l1 status - so in theory they have ordered for cc their original award of 600,000 which was first under rdss and still have the 1.5 million award to implement , as this time.

genus power infrastructure , another partner of cc. they have genus assam package-5 spv, which is to "special purpose vehicle company (spv) for execution of advanced metering infrastructure service provider (amisp) contract"
no public information on any wins as of yet.
and there may be others already declared, and some not yet in public domain as many packages not yet declared, or i have not found them
