From what I just read it could be money CC have raised on the markets in the UK , Are loaned by the mother company to subsidiary company's abroad that can't raise capital themselves I.e cyan India Pvt..

Thanks Jake . CC who don't have two beans at the moment ....where / who did the £56 million come from....and like all loans it will have to be paid back at some stage.
CC have not earn this money, so how can they loan themselves this amount unless it comes from a source outside the total company . Sooty if I'm being a bit dense.cheers Vas

CC started this year at 9p and now it's our target price!

If we had both applied these traits when we first noticed Cyan...we would be a bit a little bit richer.....let's see what happens next, if anything. We've won several big contracts in the past .....still waiting for just one of those to start , let alone produce income ...most were either lodged, cancelled or were taken / fallen off the Table....Ive been called worst thing than a leopard, only last week. CC did not hesitate to declare the first £15 million Omni wins.....but have not mentioned this years successful ones ( specifically ones where CC partners have won tender and CC presently in negotiation). They would not have needed to mention names just announce significant win etc. Does look promising, but depends on how big this corner is and how long it takes to turn.....India government still creating new smart meter policy's!

So that's 2 X £15 million of business expected to complete ( sometime). The first from last year ( Omni...we knew about) and the second from 4 contracts won/ expected this year/ sometime. Is this how you understand it? Cheers Vas

So the £15 million omnimesh orders from 2018 (which CC stated have not arrived as expected) is separate to the amount of £15 million for a collection of 4 orders Arden were referring to in your post?

I would love to know the time line for the start of install ! It's practically impossible to give one with the history of delays and cancelled contracts from other regions. Hope CC get sonething up front ...

It looks to me there are two tranches of contract orders awaiting to be either won or confirmed. The 4 contracts for £15 milion and the contract won last year which has disappointed. Which order was this? Anyone know.
The time lines are absolutely crazy...getting the award in the first place, then lono negotiations with our partners.....followed by
Long timeline to produce product with our manufacturers. ....then wait for rollout to hopefully start along with supplying product....at what point do CC get paid?

Thanks for the info. The £15 million mentioned in your Arden report ......is for four Indian contracts.
These contracts that are presently delayed / still being negotiated must be the same as these contracts mentioned in Final results from May 19.
"The innovative Omnimesh smart metering platform, launched in June 2018, has generated over £15m worth of orders to the end of 2018, with £3m of revenues recognised against those orders during 2018".
These contracts were RNSd over a year ago as "confirmed business won"
but if they are the same contracts they are still being negotiated ....I'm used to the negotiations taking place before a contract is won.

The two words Cyanconnode & Multibagger don't sit well together. I've been here over nine years just waiting for a reversal to the nine year down trend. If the sp rises , and keeps steady for over a fortnight that would be progress in my opinion.
Ardens confidence of possibly £15 million of contracts sometime in the future have to be balanced with the recent update where we were informed that $48 million from NIK has been taken off the order book. Then there was Iran which I can't even remember how much that contract was worth has come off the order book.
Let's hope that one day at least one of these contracts actually survives long enough to pay out.

regardless of the when this contract /s is announced. CC seem very sure its going to be worth RNSing.....otherwise, why keep reminding us that it is imminent ....the contract must have already have been won......just a delay in being able to make it public , otherwise why are they so certain?

With such a history of secrecy and uncertainty behind CC, this is one the longest waits for a known RNS in AIM history!

Apparently, These delayed contracts would have met the 2019 years expectations if awarded a few weeks ago....so implies substantial money up front....so today were told they are now delayed by a few weeks , say end of November .....can't see how this changes anything if money collected in December .....however, if the contracts are not money upfront type, then they would have missed year end 2019 anyway....and would have never contributed to the often quoted 2019 year end expectations....And so year end would have been a damp squid. Doesn't make sense .

The pipeline used to look impressive until it disappeared ....the order book looked impressive until it started to shrink.....the new contracts expected in a few weeks ( make a note of today's date) are almost certainly going to come from India ...as it's the only country that places orders ....and not very big ones as of yet.....hope we don't get an Iran or NIC type Contract......Yes, they make the headlines but have yet to make any money.

Don't understand why a delay of a few weeks for these new contracts ( that were promised a month ago, and counted against their year end forecast) now means this small delay will cause such turmoil in their year end projections.....they would have had to have been payments up front .....to even get included in this years accounts....so other than a few weeks delay.....why can't these new contracts still hit the year end projections, or close to it?

What's the difference between having "sufficient cash " and having " sufficient cash resources" as written in today's rns.....it's only one extra word but not sure it means cash in hand.

The update covered India , Bangladesh and Ukraine which are all delayed . What happened about China, Europe and UK?
