If no further data can be added to this trial data ....then surely, no choice but to repeat this trial but with extended monitoring of zyme activity in ALL patients so to gather Longterm enzyme behaviour in the few that show sensitivity. Will they need to do another blind trial? Thanks Vas

There's an old saying someone once told me, which I remember and in 95% ( not an exact percentage) of cases in AIM this holds true....and can used as a way of reminding ourselves what investing in AIM is really about, so you don't get to excited about anyone share or loose to much. My wiser colleague said...

Such a significant difference identified, and not flowed up by Motif is very hard to believe. The importance of this trial ( not to mention the cost) to the company begs belief that they could not have realised that this disparity in data as a cause for concern.....and continued to monitoring the patients concerned.

It does beg the question.....were these patients actually followed up , with even more negative results and that a decision was made to only submit data after the first three week tests, in hope that this may suffice. Just a thought and not saying it's true but why leave data like that just hanging there without some further investigation and hard data to demonstrate how these enzyme levels played out over more time.

The previous trial was put together with FDA approval and input. The results of trial did not show any obvious Liver Toxicity issues, did they? So just shows even with best research and good trial results ....investing in yet another trial , with the FDA advising ......will not necessary result in a positive result ,even if on paper everything looks rosy. Someone has fu&@cked up here in design of previous trial, me thinks.

Thanks for your reply LT. This explains the situation a little more detail. Just a thought. ., I wonder if the encryption rights / keys for geographical areas could be sold independently . ...if a competitor wanted the encryption rights say for Africa.....it could be possible to sell African continent rights and supply the buyer with the encryption keys ....which would only work in Africa.
The buyer could not export product as would not work outside Africa... probably talking rubbish. But same applies to India...

Imagine at some future date india pvt is booming or at least their confirmed backlog of orders is as we ALL hope someday...plus CC UK s other target markets taking off in say, China and rest of world....if CC UK own CC PVT then can they sell CC PVT as a company in its own right to another....and concentrate repeating the exercise in China, and rest of world.....I'm wondering if this could be done or would CC UK have to be bought outright....it's very hypothetical but it's been on my mind for ages. ..cheers Vas

I've been here so long and still do not really understand the legal implications of a subsidiary company, registered in another country and registered as a private entity ......I checked similar company's as LTI posted, such as Intel India PVT LTD and yes they are same......my concern is about the implications / likelihood of selling off successfull subsidiary company from the UK holding company .....I realise that CC Pvt was created due to the Made In India initiative....if India ever did take off for CC...then CC PVT could become the jewel in the CC crown and would be an attractive buy...this demonstrates how little I know about international business law. Can CC PVT be sold separately from CC PLC? If so, I'm expecting to hear all profits would be delivered to CC PLC shareholders? Does this sound correct? Cheers in advance. VAS

(thick)...I do understand why the CC in UK is a PLC. It's public and has shareholders etc..or did have lol. Why is CC"s company in India designated a PVT which means a privately owned company with no shareholders.
CC PVT is owned by CC UK. ...therefore is controlled by CC UK shareholders. .or is it held as a private company, within and separate from CC UK.

Forgot to add that this panel was set up as advisory to the "Business of Indian Standards".

What an amazing list of esteemed company's on this panel. What i don't know is whether this panel of experts are just that, a panel of experts or are they representing some sort of group of Empanelled organisations that will become the beneficiaries of the Indian Smart City Future. CC are on this list and represented by Manish Widhani. Manish has been with CC for about 18 months, joining CC from Tech Mahindra, who also appear on this list and from memory he's in charge of Pre Sales at CC...Most importantly the list was compiled only last November.....so that's a significant bit of progress that to my knowledge has not been announced .....it all depends on what status the company's on the list have been given, and the function of the panel,which might just be advisory.

I’m unsure how this move could effect a smart meter in a Not Spot area....presently an engineer would only use a dual hub if they can’t get a Mobile signal...but I’m assuming at present that is a signal from one specific carrier, say O2 for example...or do they presently try to get a signal from all the carriers ?

This article obviously believes that if ALL carriers work together....this will bolster the Not Spot problem in hard to reach regions.....but probably have no effect if a Smart Meter in unsuitable place in home.I.e cellar,

It's been nearly a year since Omni launched...it would be re assuring if we could experiences further orders ..so to prove its obvious critical importance in regard to CC future revenue outlook.
