someone should do an historical chart outlining yearly dilution over past, say six years as opposed to last years turnover high of £4.5 million .....I seem to recall we were diluted by 5.5 million fund raise just last year... according to company this was within their forecasts .....what I would like to know is what is expected revenue end of this year, and what will be the size of the dilution.

The £100 + million ever present pipeline of opportunity often quoted only needs to produce a 5% payback on a yearly basis to cover the dilution.

Where else will the money come from if CC do not ramp up the sales....( I don't mean orders)....as usual no timelines can be guaranteed. ...so they (BODs) are not in any position to provide any certainty...which results in more uncertainty as you have said... was there ever a time it was any different.

A couple of items that stood out for me are...
* The first 500,000 licences were purchased from Connode, prior to its acquisition and therefore CyanConnode does not expect material revenue from this contract during 2019.

* explore options for future fund raise

If this is the cause of a 25% sp drop then Just shows you how important Biontech possible deal is to Scancell investors...and the potential threat of a fund raise without a deal.

According to Sierra Wireless cellular is the way to go.

They give a good argument. India has so far agreed. I'm wondering is this the reason CC a "RF mesh" world leader has released a Hybrid RF & Cellular solution.

Evening Tony. Let's go with the first One million not spots units ...what's the upfront payments on each million that CC will receive, and what can CC receive in recurring revenue each year per million ? I do not have the numbers. Cheers Vas

It's a coincidence that AIDON have been awarded a similar, if not Larger contract recently. It looks like Sweden are just beginning to replace all ( 5 million plus) smart meters with new models that can monitor more granular electricity usage including district heating.......should be more contracts handed out as time goes by....but this will rely on the successes of CC partners on the ground.

Costs escalate..... so probability of more funding is high imo...then the ineviyable share consolidation...it's to early to make sp predictions as the future provides no certainty...

Yesterday the CC Hybrid does mirror the UK duel hub in what it would be able to deliver and problems solved ..so I'm happy to agree with you on the posabilitys there.
Not Spots / drop calls whatever they are called in India has been a problem for ages....so must have Been taken into account when EESL for example initially selected to start with cellular.....our job is to find the papers that are discussing what the indiansituation are thinking as solutions for the disconnects via cellular.....someone must be having that discussion as part of their forward planning...20/ 30 % not spots will cause big problems .....a hybrid Xmas in UK is a good solution ..but i woukd like to see a third party ( not CC) talking about / discussing it in some papers ....

As far as UK is concerned I have never found anything relating to value of each unit to CC.

My original post was referring to India and finding any information on how india intend to solve the Not Spot problem there and information or forecasts on the projected opportunity...using ref mesh, that could be available......we know mesh has been trailed and picked up a few initial contracts but what we don't know is what is the overall forecast or opportunity...I find it strange that this information is not available at this stage....the forecast can either be from Indian government, a rival or partner of CC, it does not matter but I have not been able to find anything ( over months of occassionally looking) the questions remain...how will India solve the Not Spot problem, how large is the is the RF mesh opportunity in India and what are the timescales.?

If you discover anything please share it....we have always assumed India will be a big customer sometime, but India's Smart meter journey ..would be nice, at this stage to see some numbers

Can anyone find a research paper or other , that attempts to give either a forecast, summary or other paper that identifies what the future rf mesh smart metering market will possibly look like over next 2 to 5 years...and / or what's Indian solution for not spots....if mesh is required in numbers in India ..someone somewhere would have made an attempt at an industry forecast.....on the face of it ( as in UK) there are going to be not spots in high numbers...so there should be a forecast regarding india smart meter "not spot" oppurtunity...I am hoping....
