If the patents really are the holy grail we'll find out soon.

The International Preliminary Report on Patentability Chapter I for both patents was an eye opener as they weren't all in favour of the inventions uniqueness. The fact that cap-xx amended both patents claims as a result of this report and then progressed to the national phase was a big positive for me. This would only happen if they were confident in achieving a successful outcome taking onboard the findings of the preliminary report.

Then to find out they had been applied for in China and Korea considering the last 2 design wins is providing big clues as to who the customer might be.

It's all guesswork at the moment but if it comes together I think we'll get VR's price prediction. Techie may be right about the revenue not being as much as we'd like currently but if the design wins are added to and with schurter's contribution the numbers should get to where they need to be for the big push towards profitability.

What about the Asian-based conglomerate design win with the imminent product release. They're keeping this very much under the radar nothing on linkedin and no mention of patents applied for in Korea. We'll have to be updated soon hopefully it's a bug one.

Wkw that completely misses the point and the significance of what it could mean. Would you progress a patent for a product that doesn't exist or is failing in testing.

The patent process started in 2023 and has recently progressed to the national phase to include China & Korea. The patent claims have been checked and amended accordingly prior to advancing to this phase. Why Korea & China who knows why but we'll soon find out!

Great update parkez now both the binder and smt applied for in Korea this is looking very good.

Not really sure what you're on about janoz I invested in the great potential back then just like now and why you and many others have invested. Back then institutional investors were on board serious money was put into this. Not looking for advice ask parkez about smt we've been waiting many years for what looks likely to soon be released.

Janoz I did buy much higher and also bought at the 0.11p placing.

Wasn't hot air have a look back over the last 10yrs rns news for the smt holy grail, dmh world's thinnest supercapacitor, dmv 3v prizmatic, $100m high volume sales opportunities and a pipeline of $90m in annual revenues all promised by kongats. That's what I'm waiting for plus more now that Lars has added to the list. See if you stick around for 10yrs if none of it turns up not that I think that's clever mind you but talk of hot air you need to look back and see what was on the table.

Janoz no definitely not random I'm aware the design wins take many months and that the 2 new patents could be involved. I've seen they've both been submitted in Chinese language so it's quite clear they're being applied for in China and we also know the binder patent has been applied for in Korea.

Maybe something big is going to come from these wins but the mcap isn't reflecting the potential we think could happen which is why I mentioned the waiting for confirmation rns news.

I agree with parkez that all will be revealed by end of this year then we'll see what happens to the sp.

Janoz I thought the chip deal was for the reflow oven machines are you thinking something else is in the pipeline. Anything that will transform revenue will be rns'd unless those reach announcements count as already informing the market. Just waiting for the sp to catch up then.

That's good...at the end of the day it's what the company says in official rns news and revenue progress that counts.

That's what we're waiting for although I think some good information is shared here.

If not is it shroud in secrecy until the October product launch. Looking at some of the posts you'd think the Korean binder patent submission was worthy of a post and would be of interest to the cap-xx linkedin community.

Well parkez from the preliminary data sheet specification may change without notice. Won't be long before we find out whether the patents are involved or even if an order has been placed following the design win but would have thought an rns would have been issued.

Wkw you sold 15m shares to be left with £2k worth of free shares. That's about 0.00015p profit a share or about 3% on approx £60k worth of shares.

Well done anyway as you've got your capital and free shares I guess you're not expecting a decent results update or any significant progress on the recent design wins and schurter pipeline.

A new update focussing on RS Group, Schurter progress and the new semi conductor manufacturer design win. No mention of the Asian-based headphone deal that if released in October must be progressing in some form.
