Looking back now and find it hard to believe how kongat's got away with just going quiet on smt (also dmh & 3v). Won't say here what I think of him. They should have rns'd smt failure and delays with the others due to the impact commercially.

I think with the new Board Corporate Governance is much better and the fact we haven't been told of any failure I'm taking it as all is good as communicated by Lars.

Thanks parkez this is really good news as quite clearly progressing with both patents. Especially the binder patents if you click the all documents tab you can open an ammended claims document which shows the changes. This is to address the lack of novelty findings from the preliminary report. Really pleased about this as it shows they are carrying on with getting these secured so what does that mean for the smt testing that has been taking place the results must be looking good otherwise would need patents.

National patents applied for 1st July...does that mean everything still going to plan?

Hi parkez where do you see that and I would say it's positive as 12.06.2025 (IB/373) International Preliminary Report on Patentability Chapter I report was prior to the national application so they must be carrying on. Think they apply for each country individually.

I've had a read of the patent documents they don't seem to do so well in the novelty assessment but I believe that is part of the process and the fact cap-xx are continuing the process as confirmed in the allenby podcast must mean they have confidence that the claims made in the patents are unique.

Lots of other news could land dmh and 3v are still preliminary products so can't be far from release and 1st sales then several contracts could be announced and of course the results that might show profitably round the corner.

Be amazing if any of the above is announced soon now that DH has upped to 450m shares what great timing that would be!

Hopefully we get some news soon talking of which haven't heard from parkez for a while he's gone as quiet as smt.

I wish i had traded btw I'd be rich like sushi. I'm waiting for the successful turnaround of this company how far it can go who knows but some large investors buying in is a big positive.

Wyn i think your earlier post about news will become more relevant as time goes by. Just a question of what news will come first from the list.

With the rise in sp these could just as likely be buys i guess. Not sure how it works but people mention orders being filled then reported when completed so the overall buy price won't fit current price when reported.

The 2m pipeline you refer to is just from schurter and is in usd. Cap-xx have there own pipeline and the last i heard it was aud 9m.

I don't think you'll see a sensible correlation between sales, future profitability and sp. Look at gelion for instance similar revenue larger losses and 40m mcap.

There's alot going on here too much to go over again but if they start being delivered there seems to be sufficient interest and excitement to propel the sp much higher.

I don't know what will happen but the potential is there for a significant rise only time will tell.

My mistake it was may 2023 when 700m shares were in issue still looking very good for a few pennies.

Older i thought about 700m shares so 8x but in any case cap-xx looks to be way more advanced than back then

Ps i realise there were far fewer shares back then.

And by 2018 it was 18p is history repeating itself. Cap-xx is very different to back then.

Cyber a very realistic assessment i would add Australia is running at 40% capacity on an extended single shift, nationgate holdings in Malaysia have huge prizmatic capacity and their China capacity for 'Can' products is virtually unlimited.

If news starts arriving and things are confirmed to be heading how we anticipate the market can get overheated and your numbers might arrive sooner than expected.

The next 3 months should be very informative.

What you say reads well but do you really mean £5-£7 or 5-7p
