Lars must be reading these boards absolute epic photo shoot post on linkedin should see the sp rocket! If news arrives to match the photos we'll be ok!

I am a little surprised that there hasn't been an event that would require the release of an rns. That would suggest to me that results are not at the level yet to achieve breakeven as they would be materially higher than last year.

The statements regarding smt and all the other expected news are going to be important aspects of the results. Hopefully Lars and GC will be forthcoming with a positive, transparent and comprehensive update.

Exactly NF so if they do deliver smt or a major deal it's going to be very exciting news and a 1st in their history so what would you expect the sp to do.

I should add reaching 1p would be a major milestone what we don't yet know is how the market will react if cap-xx ever deliver anything. After over 20yrs loss making and no deals of any significance if they suddenly announce success on something there could be a euphoric reaction to propel the sp above any sensible valuation.....that's what the market tends to do and there's definitely some pent up expectation here.

And me......one of the many articles that enticed me to invest here. It all sounds very familiar with the newly announced opportunities. I hope we don't have to wait another 11 years for cap-xx to secure some of these deals having failed with every previous announcement of imminent transformational news. Having invested even more to lower my average 3p would be a great result for me even after all these years!

The sp held up quite well after that jump considering no news was released. I still never understand why the sp moves like that but hope it's the start of a serious rise to 1p and beyond with so much news expected.

Thanks wyn was here during the covid days and witnessed a huge gain disappear due to believing the hype from AS and eventually got out. Kept a watch on progress and it seems to be maybe about to succeed. If funds allow might get back in if not gla companies like these deserve to succeed. Ps agreed about the other share but as usual no idea why the unexpected rise so anticipating a drop if no news arrives.

That is a fair comment wyn what is your view on why they didn't wait until after this news for the cln conversion or was it due regardless of any news. How do the charts look short term and is this news providing support at a much higher price or will the inevitable pull back appear as with most positive AIM announcements as with this news you'd think a continued uptrend is most likely but is it that obvious.

Yes I think the numbers will be good the forward looking statement and progress to breakeven will have a big impact on sp. Nice reply to lars on linkedin won't be long before deletion!

I thought the module linkedin post would be a big hit but with only 31 likes at present that's around half the likes for posts showing Lars in a photo shoot meeting. I guess that says much about linkedin and the people sticking up the thumb....perhaps they should use instagram or tiktok to market products.

The linkedin lot is a pile of 💩 we need a professional comprehensive chairman and ceo update included within the results which will have more credibility than posts on linkedin.

That was a quick response from cap-xx to my earlier post with module ticked of the list.....smt next then the excitement will start. Good post about the backlog if that lot has shipped revenues should be alot healthier.

Maybe Newcastle no one knows you're probably right about no big orders as they would have to be rns'd but the big shareholders seem happy along with their linkedin tribe so we'll just have to wait for the official update. Doesn't look like any raise soon though as we would have had some pumping announcements to support the sp and we've had zilch.

The modul product had just been posted on LinkedIn....so it's a bespoke product tailored specifically for each customer.

That explains why no product details so does it mean they have already designed one for a customer. If so can't be commercially significant at present as would have to be rns'd unless NDA's allow it to be kept secret. All very strange.

If we don't get some breakthrough news and just end up with single digit growth as per the interims it's safe to say the linkedin lot are in their own bubble especially the website marketing lot trying to see how far they can stick their thumbs up ........! Onwards and upwards I say 👍👍👍 expectations are quite high hopefully the results will shine a light on why all the excitement. Expecting much more from both Lars and GC in their reports as the next 6 months need to deliver on the numbers......modul, smt, tax rebate, made in Australia grant, schurter pipeline converting, datacentre and grid stabilisation contracts and the forgotten headphone and chip manufacturer design wins!!! If they don't reveal all I think linkedin will get some sour comments and the delete button will be busy.

Newcastle I don't know how long you have followed cap-xx but your comments whilst true of the old BoD who failed to deliver on most promises including smt, dmh and dmv products are not a reflection on how Lars has operated. I have noticed a vast improvement from the old BoD and would say that Lars has followed up with official announcements that have backed up his earlier comments from investor presentations. Let's hope it continues with modul and smt announcements soon.

If a product launch contains material, price-sensitive information, it must be announced via a Regulatory News Service (RNS) before or simultaneously with a LinkedIn post.

As there has been no RNS it would appear the current status is that it is not material and will not impact expected revenue, therefore the big question is why no product details have been published on a new product that is available now.

One possibility is that a strategic deal is in negotiation that until concluded product details are being kept confidential and possibly under NDA. Maybe it would reveal details of a significant technological breakthrough.

If this is the reason for restricting product details we could be in for a combined contract win/product announcement RNS.

Just a thought but seems strange that a company wouldn't go big on marketing and promotion to achieve maximum exposure to boost potential sales.

The next set of results will be vital in maintaining their reputation and strengthening investor confidence so that these boards are full of 👍 like LinkedIn. I agree VR and I'd say their initial investment along with GC and DH is to safeguard the technology being jointly developed. I have wondered inline with your 3p valuation whether allowing cap-xx to succeed with groundbreaking technology to reach this value and then completing a takeover would enhance their own valuation prior to an IPO. This way the market would have more awareness of cap-xx success and growth rather than being lost within a larger corporate structure. Might be wishful thinking but time will tell what grand plan is being played out and whether we the small shareholders will be beneficiaries.
