With all the great news we've had over the years cap-xx still has a tiny mcap. If smt/binder is ever released be interesting to see what impact it has on cap-xx's mcap.

They obviously had something special from the outset that was heavily backed with over $100m and within a couple of years demonstrated sufficient success to be acquired.

Avacta seem to be on a very different journey and timescales for phase 1 and 2 by comparison. Maybe they all get bought up eventually with only a few really achieving commercial success.

Correction the news is still there but for some reason they only appear when you open the first news story the agm.

Very odd apparently all the old news stories on the cap-xx website have also been removed. If you think energous, Ionic and continental are progressing you might want to ask lars and see what you get back!

post removed on linkedin again was mention of energous, ionic and a few other past triumphs that have been silenced.

Good luck to you also GW I'm hoping for a big slice of it but lars with his lack of investment and lack of meaningful news is not good.

I don't see any reason for not providing information on progress where we have been told absolutely zilch.

Good luck VR it would be good if lars also saw this as a good buying opportunity but he has not shown that level of commitment. What on earth DH must think about this who knows.

Lars better make sure he delivers something outstanding to offset these headwinds.

No chance of a trading update don't recall it being mentioned.

NF that is the million dollar question and the jury is still out as far as the sp is concerned.

I wouldn't go as far as saying FA but progress has been slow. When lars has previously announced a forthcoming event it has usually materialised such as schurter agreements, patent progress, website and new distributors. Hopefully this trend continues with the announcement of upcoming rollout of smt and power modules.

Some here have suggested more is to come with the binder technology but time will tell as no one here knows what the exact state of play is.

Fair enough and hopefully that will just be the start of a steady increasing sp

Still seeing comments claiming smt will never happen. The sp reflects this opinion so hopefully if they do appear we get a decent response. By the end of March which is 8wks from lars announcing to investors the new products otherwise the doubts will creep in and a few more questions on linkedin.

so wonder what is causing the delay in releasing the rns. maybe dotting the eyes and crossing the t's to ensure no patent ****up like last time.

if schurter are indeed to provide manufacturing locations and it scales globally it could become quite valuable. i wonder when iis will show an interest.

Agreed parkez I don't recall how far progress was with the binder when schurter signed up but it would seem odd if they were only engaged with the prizmatic products. They've recently added the coin cell and rolled out supercapacitor training globally to the whole sales force. Sounds like gearing up for having something special to offer to the market.

NF changing Lars won't make any difference, they've got 200 schurter sales people plus several distributors proactively promoting their products. If they don't substantially grow sales with that in an expanding market they never will.

And, if smt/binder takes off...if it's ever released, it could transform revenue expectations to another level. Just keep fingers crossed this is one of GC & DH successful bets.

There are currently no open short positions in CAP-XX.

That reads well the question is are cap-xx keeping up or being left behind.

So vinatech are looking to grow revenue from around £30m to £500m in the next 5yrs.

If cap-xx grow at the same rate revenue would increase from £2.5m to about £40m.

The more you look at these figures the more you realise the importance of something like smt/binder that can scale globally to massively boost revenues.

Then we may see some of the sp predictions bandied around.

GW on advfn Siemens post not sure if we'll benefit considering the investment they are making with skeleton.

Maybe in prizmatic where cap-xx have a market advantage and schurter are pursuing sales.

If the sales backlog continues to grow the orders must be coming from somewhere and that's without the announcement of a major contract win that would have to be rns'd if materially impacting revenues.

I also think it's quite likely the design wins haven't yet made it into production however on the positive side revenue still increased and the backlog was substantially higher.

DH met Lars & GC in London for the Allenby investor meeting and apparently discussed detail over lunch and was happy to post on linkedin of exciting times ahead.

For the rest of us it's blindly waiting for some news to match the linkedin hype and for definitive news following Lars announcement of the new smt and modul products as being ready.

Try asking on linkedin where are these products or how is ionic, headphone, machine manufacturer or smart meter deals progressing and see how long it is before deletion.

Smt/binder could well turn out to be a huge success but somehow inspite of all the hints until it becomes reality this market doesn't trust anything this lot put out.

Wyn what bad news are you expecting as it would suggest lars was very misleading to announce in the interims the new smt and modul products.

I find it odd this great news has not been rns'd so quite clearly they haven't been fully released to market but would think it is not far off.
