Yes, JBL released several new headphones in October 2025, including the premium Tour ONE M3 and the budget-friendly Tune series models, as well as a special blue edition of the Tour PRO 3 earbuds. If the news matches the linkedin hype it must be good. Whatever they are all excited about liking and clapping each other's posts you'd think they'd actually signed a contract. I agree ME something big must be behind it all is it only us lot here that doesn't know what it is.

Wkw from information provided by GW on advfn and google searches it appears some patent protection is provided from priority dates and dates the application is published. This ties in with lar's comments that the competition can't catch up because the priority dates have been filed.

The patents have specifically been applied for in Japan, Korea, India, China and Europe with recent publications in China and India.

This isn't happening by chance and will be driven by product sales targeted in these locations which may well occur before the patent application process is fully completed.

Obviously cap-xx believe linkedin is providing investors with all the required information and many followers like the posts. Maybe they could share here the good news!

VR I'd agree the notice of results with it's accompanying update is overdue and odd they haven't released one. I recall Ariel being proud to present figures up to the end of January during February's presentation so they must know the unaudited figures. That leaves the question of why aren't they disclosing the information. I was hoping it was to tie in with a big contract announcement which might still be the case but if the numbers are good why not just issue them.

Linkedin Lar's needs to deliver another photo shoot or Mark attend another exhibition how amazing would that be......more likes!

Now that the product has been launched I would have expected an update if cap-xx were involved.

Maybe it is actually a headphone product and someone else.

Well thanks to GW on advfn the priority dates that lar's refers to and the published dates look to provide certain protection. You'd expect something like that otherwise new inventions would take forever to get to market.

Let's see what the next few days brings but a headphone rns and results announcement has to be a reasonable expectation.

Wkw Google AI basically agrees with you I'm not familiar with the patent process but if Google is correct it will be interesting to hear from cap-xx when these new products will appear. I recall lar's saying the competition can't catch up because of the priority dates whatever that means but I took that as being certain protections were in place but as you say not according to Google.

Sorry parkez another bit of interesting info is digikey have products separately listed on digikey under cap-xx and cap-xx limited with the products under cap-xx being labelled as new and using the new logo? They also are now stocking certain products in the US whereas previously they were all marketplace and shipped from cap-xx.

All the likes for the linkedin photo shoots suggests some very satisfying and rewarding news is about to land if not they have created a very good illusion of success.

Parkez I think the patent applications are very specific to certain countries that hopefully is where exciting new products will be released and that although patents won't be granted anytime soon the application process provides sufficient protection until they complete.

VR that is some useful information but don't think cash runway is correct as AI hasn't taken into account non recurring one-off costs from last year's figures. Unless costs have increased significantly with the new hires and projects like the new website & warehouse system they should have around aus$3m cash as at end of October 25.

The last business update showed that cash burn was aus$200k/m with 4.2m end of May. So that's about 15 months from the end of October.

Also not sure about digikey I emailed them about not having any stock and they explained that products are shipped direct from cap-xx so something has changed. Might be because of the recent waldom agreement replacing digikey holding stock in the US.

Well done TD great list and keep up the good work. The linkedin marketing bumf is fine but Lar's and Mark need to keep in mind the day job of selling and achieving targets.
