Could be right parkez but trading update & notice should be issued anytime. I've also thought like wynd that they may be waiting for news to announce with the results notice.

Looking at previous years a trading update & notice of results is a little overdue. Does anyone know if tony guarna is actually working for cap-xx.

Correct janoz and hopefully from a combination of savings and increased revenue.

I expect the cash to be further reduced following the completion of the warehouse system and the level of sales not yet achieving breakeven. Traders will play on this to try and push the sp down as it's plagued with them but the big news regarding patents, current and future design wins and schurter's commercial progress if lar's delivers on the linkedin updates is what will drive the sp not last year's numbers. Hopefully some positive contract news comes soon to confirm the bright future for cap-xx that lar's is confident we'll see as is DH with his ever increasing share holding.

Thanks mad I remember the ioxus deal very well and it's best left in the dustbin where it ended up with all the other kongat deals.

Is cap-xx.com website down at the moment I can't access it. Unless cap-xx confirm the arrangement is still active there hasn't been any indication that they are selling ioxus products. Bit strange to bring this up I'd say there is more chance of developing their own products with schurter but we'll see.

Seem a bit of a distraction when all the focus on linkedin has been on smt/patents and progressing deals in Asia.

Great post there's no doubt that nationgate are the EMS company that has been testing smt and I'd guess are involved in the recent design wins and other large projects that we'll soon get news on.

And me can't buy £100 worth but can sell millions.

Hopefully a good sign maybe all those sells yesterday were buys filling an order.

No trading update and results announcement with the lack of a permanent cfo isn't ideal but with all this buying going on and potential news on the Asian-based conglomerate imminent fingers crossed for a positive rns soon.

Not sure what's going on with tony guarna interim cfo doesn't reference cap-xx in any posts so maybe he's only employed on a consultancy basis could be the reason results haven't been communicated on similar dates to previous years.

Wouldn't be surprised if someone under schurter's control doesn't step into this position with an eye on further collaboration and integration of cap-xx.

I don't think last year's results is what DH has bought 700m shares though it looks more like the patents, new products, design wins and pipeline opportunities are what will keep investor interest here.

Agreed parkez if lars delivers with the enthusiastic comments on linkedin regarding smt there are some big things coming. Truly game changing and stay tuned suggests he has something lined up to announce. Let's hope for a stunning rns to get the sp moving. DH is extremely confident and not restricted by closed periods maybe schurter are also building a larger stake.

Hopefully smt is released early 2026 and contracts are lined up to get cap-xx into profitability.

M99 both he and lars are all but confirming smt is working and they're going to market with schurter. If that came in an rns maybe we'd get a better response.

More positive smt comments on GC's linkedin regarding smt along with DH increased holding is all positive progress. Surprised the market isn't more excited about schurter's involvement and what looks like successful smt testing. See what happens when it's confirmed in an official rns.

It is very exciting I can only think that this positive smt news only being put out on GC's linkedin with no mention yet from cap-xx is that some big update is coming. Lars comments on the testing demonstrating the smt robustness is more or less confirmation it is working. Looks like schurter don't want to miss out on the smt potential maybe it's going to be released as a schurter product and benefit from their huge marketing and global customers.

So Schurter have also been testing smt I wonder how the EMS company carrying out the previous testing got on. An investor update can't be far away now.

Spot on wyn and if and when the risk goes away I would expect institutional investors to get involved.

Also janoz comments about capvis ipo of schurter will have some impact here however that will unfold. Hopefully schurter ipo then bid for cap-xx at much much higher price.

I guess he's understandably angry at the AIM fiasco over the last few years but if cap-xx recovers and prospers from where it was it could repair much of the damage if he'd stuck with it. Things do look much better here such that in a year or two the mcap could really surprise us all....except for wyn of course 22p!!!

Wingy I'm not giving techie any credibility but the good thing about here is that you do get everyone's opinion that can be discussed and as a lth I get what techie is saying regarding failed revenue promises. You should try and debate any concerns on the Telegram cult!

I remember Openspaces voicing concerns and with hindsight he was correct. It's good to bring to the table any issues that someone here might have some more information about. Whilst it should never be taken as advice it can be used to improve your understanding of what might be going on.

I haven't seen anything regarding contract wins/numbers to suggest that revenue will exceed expectations so techie might be right as with H1 revenue that ended up as a disappointment at only around +7%. If the market was prepared for the level of revenue being achieved but had confidence in the forward outlook based on recent announcements we'd have better sp stability. I'll be over the moon if they've been bombarded with orders for the last 6 months but without confirmation of things like south africa smart meter numbers, Continental restarting or any other large sales achieved with all the new distribution I have no idea what the year end figures will look like. Other than the cash position which admittedly looked very healthy in the last business update we haven't had any forecasts.

Hopefully the figures will show real progress towards profitability and most importantly these design wins will turn into substantial contracts based on breakthrough technology from the new patents that will open doors to the multi million £ contracts that will transform this company into one that is unrecognisable from today.
