Wow wkw you are talking much sense. See over on advfn talk of results being 5 months old so not relevant. I don't agree we were clearly told in the interims they were the last said of results without schurter and digikey contribution as if the next lot would be substantially higher. That hasn't really happened hence the relatively negative reaction to the numbers. No doubt lar's can explain this phenomenon at the meet the company session.

Wonder how tradingdutchman's investors group and telegram view these results. Have to agree with the comments here regarding DH whatever he saw in cap-xx is not in those numbers. Apparently cap-xx have the best products in the market. I'll be sending lar's many questions for the upcoming meeting which hopefully he has some good answers to how sales are going to rapidly increase for cap-xx to become profitable.

VR you're probably right about capvis ipo of schurter but with cap-xx already listed not sure how that will affect them. I always thought if schurter floated they'd consider taking over cap-xx with the funds they'd have available.

You not impressed then VR. Think wyns suggestion of something else in the presentation being required is about right.

Just to clarify first 4 months booking are 25% up but billings are 12% so still expect h1 double digit increase in revenue.

Not really cash with all the linkedin hype and reach rns regarding October headphone launch with a Global Asian conglomerate you could have sold anytime prior to September when a trading update would have usually been issued.

Then wait for the just ok results and buy back. It's been that way for years last interim results were exactly the same with Q1 being reported as 30% ahead then the results being only +6.8%. As a long term holder investor approach it would be nice for the next results to exceed the comments in these reports. Take current trading 20% ahead so far let's hope come end of December the interims exceed this and don't mysteriously drop to 6.8% then anyone holding will be rewarded.

Anyway gripe over looking forwards to double digit continued growth that is actually reflected in the numbers come results.

The disappointing thing for me is that it continues to be an ideal share for traders. Yet again you could have sold prior to results and bought them all back for much less which has been the case over many years.

Management need to create an environment that investors benefit from which creates trust.

Maybe one day it will get there!

Parkez I think your comments about smt and dmh will become more meaningful in the next few months. DH hasn't bought 750m shares based on those results although they're just ok. The design wins have been mentioned so are still progressing and the increased production at Severn hills is good for profit margins.

Still think some other news is due.

It wasn't far from what I hoped for except for current cash but this will be bolstered by the tax rebate to around the figure below. Revenue a little lower but this current year has started much better so not bad overall.

Like parkez says the progress with smt, dmh and dmv still to filter through could make a substantial difference.

Not sure who the institutional investors are that GC refers too.

NF you have been consistent in your view that the delayed results is because the numbers are rubbish and a raise is being organised.

On the other hand since the end of June cap-xx year end 25 DH has bought 750m shares. There has also been a constant flow of information on linkedin with many likes from key people involved in the business giving the impression that all is progressing well.

We'll find out soon.

Parkez most of pat elliott's timescales have slipped and we haven't had great communication to clarify progress....take smt available 2016 and dmh / dmv availability is unclear.

A lot of other things have progressed and no doubt much is going on behind the scenes but it's fair to say without DH buying 750m shares you'd be far from pleased with the lack of updates.

That could explain it VR as the notice of results looks to be delayed whilst all this time DH is accumulating millions of shares.

Hopefully janoz as the revenue growth would be inline with the IDTECHEX report that cap-xx themselves claim is their own experience of the market.

Not sure about cash though as the new website & warehouse system may have taken a chunk above the current cash burn.

Any progress on the recent design wins and patent news would be an added bonus along with news that explains the relentless buying by DH.

He's definitely not but deciding to sell when his good friend GC described LST as a compelling investment has meant he's missed out on around £500k so would be great to know what influenced his decision. Which one of those linkedin posts clinched the deal I wonder.

It's intriguing as to why DH has now acquired over 750m shares. No doubt he has done due diligence but other than old results and bullish linkedin there is no other information in the public domain. So has he made his decision based on linkedin or does he just implicitly trust his acquaintance GC.

He built up a very large stage over at another GC company LST and for whatever reason exited there but those shares look to have been conveniently picked up by an institution.

Whilst he has missed out on further gains I'm sure a profit was made on what was a significant stake. It would be nice to have an option of a guaranteed return in a reasonable timeframe thereby removing the risk to capital if such an agreement was possible.

It will now be interesting to see if something similar occurs here with DH reducing with a nice profit as an II starts to build a position.

Alternatively he just knows and will become incredibly wealthy!
