NF tend to agree with you about shorts but let's see how the next 6 months unfolds. If the linkedin leaks and lars clearly stated timeframe for smt work out then things could look very different if not you can lead the rebellion charge on linkedin.

that shorting theory makes sense if you look at the 2024 sp graph when two huge placings occured. prior to each the sp went on a steep decline. to be viable though would have required cap-xx to pre-arrange a placing of around £2m each time at 0.1p for the investors to then ramp up the sp before then opening £2m worth of short positions to be closed by placing shares. sounds corrupt as hell and if that's what happens we're all ******* in the wind. there's no evidence of any shorts being opened in 2024 so hopefully is not what occurred.

hopefully all that crap is behind us can't see dh & gc and schurter entertaining anything like that. time for a bull run on the back of a continuous flow of good news.

D00gs it looks that way with the snippets of information on linkedin, lars presentation confirming smt product family coming in 2026 and gc / dh excited for what next year will bring. Lar's did actually call it a new technology but then corrected himself might be something to do with the new binder. For some reason the market isn't convinced or excited yet so it's not clear cut what is going on. Maybe the issue of funding is a drag and if new machines have been purchased how they were funded is unknown. Next few updates should be revealing with 1.8m due, smt and headphone news due and if sales have continued like 1st 4 months h1 figures should be much better just need sp to match the expected news.

M99 I'd say most of the deleted posts are self deleted/edited by the users on linkedin. GW on advfn has posted lars original post. He also previously said smt would automatically become high volume so maybe any contracts in the pipeline that will be converted on completion.

Interesting theory janoz the short positions tab on this site doesn't show any open or even any historical shorts opened. Maybe there are other methods as something keeps dragging this down inspite of any good news.

The linkedin update did look like all is on track when it becomes official and the full extent of the smt operation is known we should see further drops as the good news rolls in.

I think when you read his original post they are new machines for their smt products but we're not meant to know just yet.

VR the only thing I saw was lar's reference to smt machines removed did you see anything else.

They've obviously said things that either need to be rns'd or feel that they overstepped the required confidentiality. Is it good news or bad news we don't know but it's definitely something happening.

M99 so what do you think those machines are. One looks like pick and place. I'm also assuming they're at the cap-xx factory from what was originally said

Newcastle if you think that is why he deleted his post listen to the results presentation. He's going to have to overdub his whole presentation to remove every reference to smt coming fy26.

Janoz yes on linkedin and lars referring to the exciting introduction of new machines for our SMT product family. I still don't fully understand why they don't officially announce things as that linkedin post & pics is pretty obvious what's coming.

Agreed wkw they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it but somehow the mm's make it happen inspite of any good news. Would you have sold out at 0.4p with DH building his stake to over 700m and 2 significant design wins....looked just like the wheels were about to fall off not but here we are at 0.25p.

Looking at the pictures I'd say it's a brand new manufacturing facility with Panasonic and Yamaok machinery. Still don't understand how this is not rns'd must be an early present from santa as we haven't been informed of any significant operational expenditure.

Parkez how big do you think smt/binder news will be I always thought nationgate would be making them this in-house production facility is going to boost margins and might also be linked to the new design wins. How can all this machinery only value cap-xx at just over 10m should be another 0.

There's a lot going on here that we don't know about. Lar's tried to explain he could only say so much but is using linkedin to show progress as much as possible.

I agree with comments here this is very exciting and all but confirms smt is happening. I'd actually say the fact they are so secretive is a good sign that it's big news. I had no idea new smt machines had been installed imagine if this was communicated in an rns. I wonder if this is what lar's B visited Australia to see how his investment was going! This news seems very undervalued and under appreciated.

Highmoor that's a reasonable timeframe but Lar's has stated smt will become the 5th product family in fy26 so technically until the end of June. The interim results possibly around Feb will be an interesting meet the company session. I can't see him giving a repeat performance tied up in secrets. Wonder if the allenby presentation to II's was the same. DH has thrown in £2m and most here sound like they wouldn't part with £2 so why is he so happy losing half his money.

Is the Telegram group still active and optimistic of a positive outcome here. GC is actively working to improve investor communications yet most small shareholders seem disgruntled with the lack of meaningful news and Cap-xx are very pleased with their progress.

Be surprised if they are selling as would need to notify the market every 1% and could you imagine what that would do to their remaining holding.

Sounds like some traders are leaving because the charts look bad and judgment day is coming for lar's.

Also looks like some assumed contracts would come soon on the back of those design wins and lack of news doesn't help so the wait continues.

Not sure I'd go as far as completely disappointing results but there are areas for improvement. The first 4 months look better let's hope that follows through to the h1 numbers and h2 delivers the news we're expecting.

Stuart the assumptions here are understandable and may well turn out to be correct.

Then as you point out GC and particularly DH has made significant investments more recently believing there is an exciting opportunity.

The only exciting news I know of is the potential of smt/binder patents, products and technology that lars has explained they can't divulge every detail due to market sensitivity. So if he is to be believed when ready they're expecting to announce some significant news.

It's either going to be great or another episode of great expectations no idea which one but Lar's timescale fy26 means we'll know soon.

Parkez has provided lots of good information on the subject if it's as good as those claims then those long awaited for deals might finally turn up.
