To some greater extent `The West` is at least aware and making some sort of attempt to address the problem . But :
India seems a lost cause , China and Russia have different objectives and are seemingly just ignoring the problem in pursuit of power , development and growth . Germany is shocking ~~~~ but the USA is a disgrace !

Parkez ~~~ you`re right PH needs to restore his wobbly credibility .
I have no more idea about what`s happening with 16A than anyone else , we will find out soon . I`m interested that BLOE raised C. 12 M , it`s in their bank and a game changer could be a detailed forward strategy which may well include some form of acquisition . That 12 M was clearly targeted for some specific reason .
The BOD will be fully aware of the negativity swirling about and i`m certain that they will be pulling out all the stops to reassure the Market and Investors that all is well going forward . I hope we will get some form of assurance next week .

There is no guarantee that the 1,250,000 reported close of business was in fact a sale , it could equally have been a worked buy during the day . The price was at times sub 8.00 , and you really just can never be certain about buys and sells .

IF ~ A part of the farmout includes the issue of c.10% share capital at around this price , I can only conclude that it would be accepted as an element of a hugely positive endorsement of 88e . All in all the release and confirmation of the detailed arrangements for this F/O must surely translate into a rapid rerate and improvement of the `Strangely Static SP`.
Hopefully we may get news next week .

One of the (many?) interesting aspects of this suggestion is the negation of any fund raise enabling the Farminee to take a serious stake at a given price and as such taking a positive view of the future potential of perhaps not just the conventional acreage but possibly the HRZ .
Fascinating speculation , but if true (possible) then I think `they `would not have to report their position until their order was completed . Negating this theory of course is the volume of business transacted over recent weeks , but could this have been going on for months ?

I can`t say that I fully understand how that could be achieved without the market knowing , but it really seems that any thing goes on AIM .
There must be some rational explanation for the very disappointing , flat lining , no FOMO , low share price .
So many false dawns `Early August ` could be meaningless . Perhaps tht`s the major problem here .
Fingers crossed that it will all be revealed next week .

I agree , it hardly inspires confidence ~~~ CTC is not what I would call professional language form any serious CEO .
It implies : short term opportunity ~ choose your point to get in and of course out ~ don`t imagine this is a long term project ~
get out at the top because it wont be there long ~~~ etc ....ie :This is a pure gamble .
