Perhaps I read you wrong but it seems that your `Gamble` is now focused into a very tight window ; you seem to be hoping that HC will be delivered before , what seems almost inevitable , more fund raising in September .
I also get the impression that you may now be agreeing that further financing is likely (Probably?) to be associated with consolidation . We differ in as much as I think consolidation must surely precede any raise . How likely is it that this process is already underway with the same finance house managing both elements simultaneously ?
Clearly there is a reason for not releasing this SRK report .
I just wonder how long this pantomime lasts .

Hi Fantasy : The longer this farcical pantomime continues , the more curious I have become !
The truth behind it all will eventually come out ~ well ~ most of it ~ I think !
I suspect as in all tragedies , we are seeking closure .
I know that there will be no possibility of recourse , but I suspect like many others I now want to know in detail what happened to my money .

I`m not Linkedin and can`t be bothered to search around but from what I remember : No formal education / qualifications , and a previous "Career" as a property developer in Romania . I have to question why there are always so many questions surrounding VAST ?
Why are shareholders always trying to see through the gloom of smoke and fog ?

Why have questions raised in the past never been satisfactorily explained ?

GAS , is usually associated with diarrhoea ~~~ in this case it wasn`t !

I think today was a watershed at the medical center . I looks to me as if :
* The Miton fiasco has all but concluded (I hope they don`t buy back!)
* The Volumes have tapered away .
* The buys/ sells may have started to turn positive .
* The price was not walked down this morning .
* There was a neutral close to the end of the day .
* The mkt cap c. 26m out of line with :
* 12M liquid funds , No debt , cash generative .
* 16A producing / perhaps improving / perhaps in line with predictions .
* 30 Due to spud , analogous to 16 .
* Advanced forward plans to be released .
* Update on progress soon .
* Possible acquisition .
* Q&A possibly next week .
* PH to be allowed out of the `Dog House` when statements can be verified ~ soon ?

We`ve had a very nasty dose of Diarrhoea , but once cleaned out the patient always feels very much better !
I doubt it would take much confirmed positive news to push this back up to the placing price .
Hopefully much higher than that by the end of the year .

Joking apart , I seriously believe this to be the case . The value destruction here is no joking matter .
There can be virtually no value left here . Where is this going ? I see no future and I am absolutely furious with myself for not spotting the tell tale signs much sooner . Fortunately I did get a chunk out in the low thirties and another in the high twenties the rest is probably valueless .
If they , when they (?) raise again , I suspect they might have to consolidate first ( minus another 15%) .
I remain extremely suspicious about AP`s PERSONAL strategy here . Perhaps the more he can push the donkey onward with shareholder funds , the better for him long term . Perhaps we will see Zim split from Rom , and I have never discounted " P " as a real possibility .
I ~ GENUINELY ~ feel really sorry for those ordinary shareholders who have stood solidly behind him . Not so much for some of those who have ~ IMO ~ been peddling his sub standard wares .
