Robizm101, the share price is sitting at a 28% premium to the very recent placing. If you consider that 'such a low share price' you must have had unrealistic expectations. I think its very solid given the very large trades we can see flipping a proportion of the placing. The employment tribunal is pretty much irrelevant - they happen all the time, an occupational hazard. It's nit picking really isn't it.

Just tell us its done already, ffs.

Thanks OlderandWiser for running those numbers. I was wondering myself how the progressive transition from debt to equity would look under the enterprise value model, but hadn't remotely started to crunch through. Not really one for the AIM get rich quick herd, but perfect for the slightly older, wiser, get rich a little slower crowd.

PJT12, a good place to start your research will be the difference between green and blue hydrogen. You can follow up by researching which type Atome intends to produce, then reflect on the pros and cons of that.

It was a sell and it was pretty big. But the market absorbed it and we are still decently above the placing price. Once that's done and dusted we'll be able to move on. I am expecting a very positive and profitable 2022.

HappyDays, the company have guided before the end of the calendar year, and that's still what I'm expecting. Why raise expectations just to bring that forward a week? Exciting times, expected within the next two weeks.

Dumped over a million shares at 1.95p on Friday must be feeling pretty gutted now.

Deadline is Tuesday to say whether you're taking up your allotment, and if you want more. I've just done mine - don't forget snd miss out by accident.

I guess the rather lower valuation for Atome means we get more shares than we might have. If there is strong interest, the price should rise when it hits the market. But I want Atome to sit on long term. Even if hydrogen stays niche, there will always be demand for it to meet onerous climate change regulations.

I agree with Brasso that it doesn't make sense to do an IPO over the Xmas New Year period. If they can't get it away by Friday next week, much better to wait for the New Year when every comes back from their break fir a fresh start, and to make some money.

They must be cutting it fine now if they intend to list Atome by mid December. No prospectus, etc. And let's be honest, the share price doesn't suggest it's happening soon.

As well as BRH, look at GDR. Was trading at 41p, collapsed to under placing price when it announced a placing at 25p back in September. Now resurgent, has been over 40, nearly 50p this week, and now in the high 30s. It probably won't happen in the next 10 minutes, but it will happen.

Aldebaran, I saw Myles had invested in ABDX and was explaining his rationale (or ramping, as you put it). And yes, placing shares are allocated tomorrow. Very strange. It's almost as if Myles were investing on a time horizon longer than 24 hours. Utter madness I'm sure you agree.
