Foggy, I think if you dig deep a lot of the growth in EV purchases comes from China. To help bolster their green credentials, they're subsidised. And where does the electricity they run on come from? Why, from the hundreds of new coal fired power stations China is building. If you could monetise the duplicitous bullsheet around net zero you'd make Buffett look like a pauper.

The GLP case update is nothing to do with ABDX:
The Court noted that the overwhelming majority by value of the product supplied by Pestfix and Ayanda could not be used in the NHS.

An independent investigation by the BBC has also revealed issues with the product supplied by Clandeboye which were not disclosed to the High Court.

Has anyone done any calcs on the impact on our cash flow generation for every $1 the oil price is above our base case?

The three times as many buys as sells ratio held throughout the day underpinning the bounce back. Hopefully we'll see further recovery through the week, to the placing price or just above.

I'll be happy if it keeps ticking up a penny a day until the end of the year. Including weekends and bank holidays, obvs.

Given well over three times more buys than sells I'm surprised the price hasn't recovered more. After all, the volume wasn't huge yesterday, although greater than today I acknowledge.

Costs of the case were capped at £177k. Damages would be at the discretion of the Court. But Good Law Project is carefully structured to be unable to pay more than nominal damages before collapsing - and doubtless re-emerging - perhaps as Making Good Law Project. Unless they can pursue Jolyon Maughan - he's worth a few million.

Don't forget, this latest setback is all down to the Avacta element of the test. By successfully completing the TT, Abingdon has demonstrated that it has a sound chassis for such tests and the competence and capability to add on proprietary testing tech onto that chassis. Furthermore it has the largest production capacity in Europe. What it urgently needs now is some more customers who want to use their chassis.

Can't help feeling sorry for ABDX. UK Govt, Good Law Project, now AVCT, always getting kicked in the slats by outside agencies we've no control over. But if bad news comes in threes, I'd say ABDX have well and truly filled that order.

Sold half my holding at 23p and taking the loss on the chin for now.
