Directors can purchase shares as long as this is outside of a financial period.

For instance had a board of directors met and had viewed a letter from a bank indicating a large some of money were about to be passed to the company then directors would be prohibited from buying shares until the information had gone public in an RNS.

Since 2022 there have been months and months of opportunities where directors could have purchased shares in Kefi. My belief is that they didn't because they were using all their energy to write interesting reports on a company that they knew was years away from actually doing much to mine metals and their intension was to complete years of share issues so that we are where we are today.

For instance Capita issued their 2024 full year results yesterday and today one of the directors bought over a hundred thousand shares.

This sort of activity shows that at least one of the company's directors has the belief that the company is going somewhere.

Ok so in a Q&A posting, dated 15th April it was confirmed that non of the directors had sold shares otherwize it would have publicly been notified.

Ok we have to question why non exec directors arn't buying shares. The recently appointed Addis Alemayehou doesn't own one single share. This situation has continued since 2022, my thoughts are that as soon as we see one of these non execs like 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞 plough some of their own cash into what is supposed to be a multi bag situation I think we can all rest assured that deadlines will start to be met.

To be fair we don't have a reasonably behaved director, why should shareholders act reasonably?

We want clear RNS communications and when things go wrong we need clear explanations why nothing happened.

Most of the time the RNS and video streams go into frenzy mode just before regular fundraisers are broadcast.

Yep most of these AIM directors get away with over playing the story.

And it's not that difficult to IPO a company and get paid film star wages to run it down to zero.

So Willem Middelkoop from the discovery fund thinks gold will peak in 2025 and production will drop, this is one possibility if the world becomes a safer place.

Good to seem in with the Minister for mines, he needs to bang on the finance minister's door though.

Harry ah well - but if you are operating inside a foreign country and require a speedy change in the law you can pester or lobby the government to try and make some effort to include some favourable terms into legislation so your outfit can plough ahead with their business.

He could sit down with government workers and help guide them to finish their legal document in a sensible timeframe, afterall he knows from experience how things can drag on for decades if folk don't concerntrate and get the job finished.

Also his one or two month internship could be added to his CV so he can apply for exciting jobs around the world should the Kefi offerings turn to dust.

Not too surprising another false dawn. It's a shame HA can't quote a few biblical lines in the hope ancient religious philosophy can get this project moving.

I still think the photo of him giving the locals an art lesson was a good community bonding activity. He could have considered activily encouraging locals to do their own paintings and ferried the art works back to the capital where he could have auctioned them off in a bid to keep some cash flow going.

Not sure what he is up to this week, but we only pay his wages so hardly likely we have much influence on his motivation to take some lumps of gold out the ground and sell them.

Well based on real trading, looks like Steve Cooklin isn't impressing the market.

Saying that there have been a couple of companies whose value sunk down to pennies in AIM and their boards have turned them into limited companies, saying they are easier to run as such.

Good way for a board of directors to get a company on the cheap.

Not saying Steve would do that here though.

So in my limited experiences of buy outs, a company makes an offer and the SP rockets close to the value of the offer.

Here we had an offer of 230p back in July and now I suppose we would be lucky to get £1.00.

The ramping tool of choice 'ratifications' for HA is not doing it's job.

He needs a more postive drive to get this hovering high enough to tempt investors into his next fundraiser. Remember he averages two a year and he will need to get 2025 H2 fundraiser provisionally sorted within the next couple of months.

The reason the sale of Saudi assetts isn't making much noise is because he probably will have over egged the final amount Artar will be willing to pay.

Let's hope he can find something to RNS so investors get excited yet again and to help stop all those distressed sellers who need a few quid to buy speciallist advising suits so they can move on to the next hustle.
