Having always thought Harry had never made a penny for Kefi, I read back in 2011 he sold the companies Artin Project a bundle of licences in Turkey for £100k so for one year he did genuinely contribute towards his salary.

Why didn't any of the rampers point this out to me, it may have changed my whole believe in the bloke?

We are still in the same position waiting for Harry to go write an RNS where he confirms he has actually made some money in the couple of decades he has been steering this company.

This is Stebo's big baby. He may know more. Just suggesting he may have taken a bus ride out of Addis Abbaba stopping off just North of TK, back packed to the village and chewed khat with the locals before surveying the almost empty green hills where one day he hopes a medium scale gold mine will make a scenic addition to the landscape.

Perhaps the locals did give him an insight as to why the mine cannot possibly go ahead in the near future. An old ancient burial ground must be fully excavated and bodies carried to a new site fully paid for by Kefi. Each exhumation must then have a full and proper reburial with a ceromony and plenty of chewing of khat. All these expensive events, to be carried out over the next six months will be paid for by our good selves.

With 9bn shares it's going to take some big buys, indeed with a 9m and 5m share trades this would have gone vertical a couple of years ago. Today we get 2% climb, which must a good feeling for some who bought the dip.

Maybe another couple of percent tomorrow and Wednesday and Thursday and Friday and this could be in spitting distance of the middle of last November's trading.

The vote hasn't taken place yet. Hopefully trading platforms will comply with good practice and circulate voting documents and we can see how close this vote will actually go.

Below you said 82.5% there might be some shareholders who change their minds in due course when they hear arguments against the delisting. They didn't bother writing to me asking about my feelings on this.

Vote against it and perhaps they won't get their 75% threshold to delist. If this happens it also will show what a bunch of rogues have been squandering the chances of a valuable company becoming successful.

You can see they can't be bothered to even maintain the website, with an offer of a job from 2021 still in view for the world to see, we should be asking why a company board became so disinterested even in developing their projects rather than helping them to take years of support from the market and shareholders and away from us.

Just vote against the boards shoddy argument to go it alone.

Perhaps a handful of this companies investors believe the company can take off without having to go through the greater business community. Saying that the share price isn't that great and perhaps because they are too occupied with other things cannot be bothered to run a properly regulated comapny, thinking they may get away with less red tape if they revert to limited status.

I say vote against de-listing if you still want to be part of a well behaved outfit.

just had to do some fact check as your text ' these fish have never been seen by humans'. This thought is very ambiguous as you say the fish are also transparent. So I am going to clarify it for everyone.

The fish are opaque, which means you cannot read information from behind the fish, also one was pulled out of a deep well, resdidents were using to collect water.

It is interesting though your thought that the fish care more about these posts here.

The fish actually have no eyes and in a cruel fate are stuck underground where they somehow managed to survive. Can we perhaps learn something from these fish when trying to dig ourselves out of a hole?

I suppose realistically we should all give HA a bit of a pat on the back for fundraising three months ago and now a few months down the line those kindly folk who handed over their savings to HA to look after can now at least get their money back sometime this week if they really need it.

I am still waiting to find out if HA is going to be a distressed seller in the next few weeks.

Surprisingly even though HA has upped the frequency of his video messaging, (historically a sign he is about to press the fundraising button) There is some serious buying taking place.

With only a three month period from the last fundraiser, it is hardly likely he is going to press the button.

Think I said something similar just prior to the previous button press.

I suppose one day there really will be a financial close.

Selling the assetts should be a bit of a silver lining though. If only he had started a small mine in TK fifteen years ago, the gold would have paid his salary and been proof that he was serious about digging for metals.

By the time he finally constructs his medium-scale mine with a large gravity separator palladium will be the go to fashion metal and Harry will be high and dry with an open pit full of shiney bit of metal nobody wants.
