Our shareholder might even be a distressed seller and looking to sell some shares today on the back of an attempted ramp.

Regardless of gold price doubling since Harry's dream of constructing a mine, neither the Government or anyone else are fast tracking his project into happening.

Kefi has been played well and good and once we give up because Harry was over ambitious. Harry eventually will have to give an RNS explaining he was never the man for the job.

Thanks SB, I remember several months back someone on here saying TW felt he had been lied to by Harry. I expect he had chucked the farm on Kefi back in Sept or so and of course Harry was just pumping ready for the fundraiser.

No one knows exactly what any paid journalist is doing with his millions of spare cash but you have to be careful as this TW is an insider from time to time and knows when to sell at the right time.

Wording on STIs is a bit flakey.

In my opinion he has forfeited his £400k bonus as after approval it still hasn't gone to 1.5p. I suppose he might argue that if after agreement signed it goes past 1.5p then he collects STI 1. However then he has to wait 12 months before he can collect his £400k STI 2 bonus.

In my opinion it appears the bonus payments can always be activated, just that they are delayed, and Harry just dips into the retention bonus instead.

You scroll down his link and the only thing you can read is insufficient information determine if insiders have bought more shares than they have sold in the past 3 months. Exactly my point a couple of threads previously. This LSE site can't even keep up with the constant dilution and how many shares Harry has or sold.

Ridiculous statement from Toffee that I hate fellow shareholders, these accusations can only come from shareholders probably connected to Harry. I say this because anyone who trolls back through the reams of RNS where Harry's words are incredible loose just before he gets ready to dilute the company will know that it has nothing to do with hating fellow shareholders, LTs just wanted honesty from the CEO and this we never had.

Absolutely agree, miss timing and investment can be bad luck, but when you got a CEO that peddles his own self satisfactory glory having never earned a penny for the company in 20 years, I think people are entitled to mention this.

Lucky you, you only got stung for a few years, no doubt you'll be buying a new house in a year or so. The rest of us can just go away and pretend it was all our fault.
