I am not saying he won't get the chance to rub shoulders with one or two high flyers, especially is he manages to sneak into the VIP lounge. However he has for decades taken presentations to various cities around the world.

Most attendees will no doubt recognise him for all his podcasts prior to his dilution activities.

As already exposed he doesn't update his website but even if you look at the DFS page, the life of the TK mine is slowly decreasing. The only reason I can see for this is that he is trying to say the extra money he has raised will scoop the metal out the mine quicker now.

Lastly with all the cash gleaned from fundraising I don't believe he needs any high net worth investor. He just needed to build a mine to a value within Kefi's means and get people working.

I have confirmed that the steam roller picture is somewhere in the Ethiopian countryside so I do belive roads with Ashphalt are being rolled out across the country. The road HA requires will cost over $25m as the materials are somewhat pricey, labour is quite cheap though.

Might find this has a little lift with the announcement of another launch for the TK mine. We had a launch last year in May but a minor fundraiser for 178m shares stopped any SP chances. If HA could get a couple more launches in without any more fundraisers this could go to .6p.

the law is an **** and judges love turning the tables as they need easy long term work and by arguing with each other the work just comes flowing in.

personally i think taking on barclays is a big risk. as both companies are uk based they might have the sense not to hurt each other and settle amicably. if barclays wants to prove it is the big player they will pile resources into this and could seriously bruise us.

the case is something about fiduciary which is flakey enough detail just to cause an outflow in expenses.
