Yes although the text can be construed to be a bit of sarcasm, we also have to acknowledge that the text covers some metaphysical aspect. And in fairness to me MacDoog did actually show his intention that he wanted to shoot for the Moon but could not realistically get there.

HA we assume would like to go there, but some of us are a tad worried he will take this to ground zero.

Also the 6th Dec RNS put in a table how many shares the company will have in January. Well we will only have 8.05bn. This really is not enough . If every share was a piece of paper there would not be enough to stack high and reach the moon. HA needs do be doubling the shares every couple of weeks. Roughly we need 2.9Tn compacted on top of each other. That way HA and that lone trader MacDoog too ill to follow the KEFI soap saga will be able to climb to the moon.

Bonks, I was thinking HA probably has bagged millions in all the time he has played with Kefi.

To be fair it is a bit of a gamble still for him, he probably will still be holding over 70million shares handed to him (LSE can't keep up with him)and finding time to sell millions takes his hand of the pump while the other one is scribbling notes on fundraising. Even at today's prices that is £350K he could loose if this sinks.

Excellent, HA can start diluting in Ethiopia as well as on the London Market.

Expect a billion to be sold there as soon as KEFI can get access to the Market. Ethiopian MMs will need a few to start fairly pricing out company.

You'd think the new UK Government would grease the wheels of Kefi's hopes to get funding.

The new Capital Gains Tax threshold/allowance for an individual is now only £3k for 2024/25 and was £6k for this year.

For those that couldn't post KEFI in an ISA looks like many will get stung with 18 to 24%.

So complicated, hope my share platform can give me a note so I can just pay all that lovely money to help the NHS and help farmers to fuel their tractors down to London. I think a minor pump is underway to get it a Santa rally, you might have to wait for the New Year sales when just under 2Bn shares get issued at the fair price of .55p, so HA can finish his £10.1 funding.

The SP has traditionally sunk below any company fundraising offer price, but for it to go around 20% below I would say an RNS detailing the necessary delay of any funding for TK would need to be released.

That could push it way below and possibly down to a third of a penny.

Personally my believe is the General Meeting to agree to the company strategy and take a few million from new backers/institutions isn't until Jan 2nd.

Hardly likely banks sign off before the meeting otherwise a majority of shareholders might have the sense to block HA fundraiser. He has a bit of cash from retailers who bought in at .55 so he can buy his sandwiches and airfare to Aussie for the GM.

STEBO, you got me having a snoop into the newspaper.

So it is published in the Capital, and interestingly Wiki carries a story where a journo was arrested and imprisoned for criticising a brewery(local beer brand).

Appears that reporting in Ethiopia prior to reforms must have been risky.

OK if the funding arrives before XMAS then the newspaper is toast as KEFI will have delivered, if not we may have a long drawn out dry season wasted as HA failed to secure the money.

The newspaper article may be used as more evidence that KEFI is struggling to finance TK which may eventually upset the Government. Who knows?

I disagree Stebo, as a shareholder I am part of the company and I do find the newspaper article to possibly affect the outcome of the TK project. We have no idea what the readership of the Reporter is and who will have read that txt.

KEFI needs to ring up the paper and get them to publish and apology. I see they have asked on X in a tweet to correct the article, but I don't see that the paper has responded and I don't see that the Reporter is even on X.
