Just wondering if ABDN large outflows on advisory work are partly down to a website that doesn't point folks in a positive direction. I say this as Legal & General keep folk hanging on the phone as their computer switchboard can't guarantee to put callers in touch with relevant advisors and it seems there is a lot of down time perhaps with poorly trained operator struggling to back track into the system and get you to the right department. L&G don't have a chat box and ABDN today has problems loading there personal advice page.

Not enough detail on the case with the leasehold properties and how the litigation case was settled.

Are we left to assume this was a case where the value of the properties were seriously devalued because of cladding issues and the properties weren't attracting any renting income?

I got sucked in as we know and like a hell hole of a marriage kept the loyalty. No I never read the Art of Execution, but waiting for the HA next dilution isn't too painful as every time he does one the chances of him getting his 1.5p bonus can be seen flying off into the sunset.

He even launched the mine without the cash, incredible overconfidence, but then again maybe this project needs his type and sometimes it works. My worry is that African lenders can see a few desperate share holders like me and have decided to try and burn Kefi and force better loan conditions. Who knows but we were told years ago interested parties were happy to finance this and here we are backing a company that doesn't have an income.

I think he should invite RAB capital back in.

Thanks for the advice, we all know that would be a waste of time though.

I think we need to stop this charade of pestering some African bank that doesn't really want to stump up a hundred million or so.

The pit can be dug by hand with a couple of mini diggers and a thousand or so manual workers. Because we didn't dig the fish pond we will have to invest in a large dry washer, but the life of the pit could be extended by decades.

Lets go for the more environmental option and have the worlds largest hand dug pit.
