Well if he finds a short interview infront of a cameral so easy, why can't he agree to maintain the Kefi website more efficiently and declare what his holding at present is>?

I am not saying he is regularly selling shares, I suggesting that the reason he might make a bit effort to ramp the share via Proactive Investor might be because he needs to sell a big tranche of his holding, and perhaps the next fundraiser.

Lets not forget, every time he dilutes he is diluting his own holding so therefore he needs to seel shares otherwise if the company went broke he would be broke as well.

Yep that is one example, you used to be able to access Semarang's back log of shares that Harry deposited there and see a total, that option in Cyprus Company files has been blocked.

Also the Directors of Semarang are now Harry and his Wife Julie Ann, Anagnostaras-Adams.

Oh gosh an outcry when I am only trying to find a genuine paper trail on Harry's holdings.

You know that is utter rubbish, this website has stopped trying to track his buying and selling behaviour since 2022.

Also when I had more time on my hands I tried to go through the RNS details and check the tally within the site compared to the RNS details of when he was gifted shares I could never get an accurate balance. Then I wrote to Kefi and asked them to separate the holdings of the CEO and Fnance director, well they refused to do, probably didn't want to draw attention to how many shares he has left on the company share register.

Once the shares go into some overseas tax haven trust, they don't have his name on them therefore he doesn't have to put out an RNS saying he just sold a packet of shares. Saying that he does have to say when he gifts shares into a trust.

The reason he may need to sell some shares is that the company only allow him an allowance of £20k expenses and all this jet setting to Aus and back to Cyprus, Saudi, including hotel bills, and elswhere must be chewing into his epense limit.

Also how does the guy support his family and big house if he doesn't sell some shares every now and again. Remember he hasn't earned a penny for the company since around 2007 when the company IPOd. Oh he might have a couple of non exec jobs for other companies, I am not an expert on Harry's finances but I am assuming the worst case scenario.

Well Harry gets to scoop over 50m shares this year just for salary at this SP and if he gets his bonus, the ST1 then he will be scooping another 300m shares.

Could Harry be pushing a minor ramp as he needs to sell a big tranche of shares now. Usually he does a video ramp prior to a fundraiser, I don't believe Kefi needs a snappy fundraiser but Harry may need a price rise to sell some of his 100s and 100s of millions of shares he has stashed in family trusts. Remember this LSE site can't keep up with his hoarding so unless someone here has access to the company shareholder register and can verify his overall holding I am going to assume he might either this month or in the near future become a stressed seller.

I plugged some figures in for three years in the Excel program and used 2023 estimated cash flows from gold produced.

Arrived at $700m approx, so on this conservative estimate on the first three years, usings Harry's 8% rate the mine does represent a postive value.

Assuming there really is gold under the plot once it gets scratched out.

Oh forgot you have to remove the initial investment which could be a sizeable chunk of money for LTs, or just remove the pot of money Harry has spent on TK over the last couple of decades, the numbers should balance. LOL

We know Harry has already given an NPV for the cash flow from Tulu Kapi.

Only the company can do this calculation as they know the costings on the project, for instance there may be a few more million for advisors and bonuses, broken machine parts, whatever.

The formula for cash flow on TK may look a piece of cake but I doubt if anyone here matches Harry's optimism bring it on.

Much appreciate the Ethiopian bonds for locals, there is though help from the Department of Business and Trade for UK business to invest in Ethiopia and likewise Ethiopian business to invest in UK business. Ethiopian Government might just not be helping investers or hedge in foreign economies.

There are very laws as of 2024 for foreign business exporting commodities.

The applicant must be one of the following:

A manufacturer of the imported product

An agent of a manufacture

An existing manufacturer in Ethiopia exporting 50% or more of its products to the overseas market

Rob there are so many variables in this. If we get a good deal by Xmas then I'd say Harry was a real business player.

Deramping is not difficult at present. I have managed to help keep investors happy with low prices for months. To be honest though anything mentioned here doesn't affect the price you know that of course.

Should the company actually achieve anything substantial I'll have to throw my hand in and concede that Harry is a hero. Although I think if I had been paid all those millions through the decades I could have achieved something substantial.

We've had one launch for the mine, and we have had a catalogue of approvals.

Any more approvals don't interest me. Even Harry says we have to have a financial close with confirmation signatures before we can have another launch for the mine which will include the construction of the mine.

I disagree, you can have a million approvals, but until the money has actually been passed into Kefi's bank account you might aswell be wishing on a star.

Talking of stars, Harry's personallity should be potrayed by Aussie actor Russel Crow.

The movie could be named depending on the outcome of the project.

I strongly advise no one puts any investment into any movie for a decade or so, by that time we should have a positive outcome.
