I gave an example that whatever value Harry put on the sale, the reality would be that it would go for around half of his prediction.

It does look like a biggy but HAA is careful not to big it up with his expectations and just asking for proposals.

Whatever the figure don't expect one to arrive quickly and don't assume there will be money in the bank from it by Xmas.
