Some of us will never retire, while there are folk retiring at 55 still.

The less you have the more drudgery you go through and manual labours got fleeced when the state pension was ramped up two years. Politicians have no idea with their gold plated pensions.

Hopefully Harry's consul job of stamping passports will have made Kefi a few quid downtown Addis Ababa.

Those travellers a Cypriot passport don't know how lucky they are that Kefi is the only consular building in the city and Harry should make them feel very welcome. We could even have a donations box on the table explaining that Kefi has larger dreams but no money to kickstart the big ambitions.

Yes agreed the monthly burn is huge and booking contractors by the end of this half is the kind of selfish thing Harry says he is doing but probably he sent a memo around saying, oh by the way some guy at AFC we could be ready to rock and roll by May, but don't count on it as in Africa the bureaucracy is long winded and slow as bankers and government officials like to drag work out so their salaries continue for as long as possible.

Yes, please do associate me with negative statements, bonkers and myself are the two main posters to argue against some of the same posters in the last five years who just keep ramping imminent multibag statements.

Also Harry has a big obsession with promising jam tomorrow, and he has got away with this for half a decade. We need balanced arguments and not just the Harry fun club crowd believing every word the guy says is absolute truth.

With Kefi there are some relative truths that rampers regurgitate and we can live with some of the positives posted, then there are the ridiculous predictions that need to be challenged by posters who are more in tune with their pattern of behaviour.

Posters can't blame negative posters for the board not being super optomistic when the CEO blurts out repetive statements and facts which have already been announced years ago and those little tasks are now still ongoing.

Even wealthy Ethiopians can purchase things that they know there is a good chance of making an annual profit or at least a substantial profit when they come to sell.

As for the win win situation, well Harry sold that similar story to me over five years ago and now even short term share holders in this company now have suspicions that Harry's cake has always been half baked.

Hi Oppo, yes it will be great to see financial institutions ditiching Amercan bonds and putting their billions into a moderate sized African gold project. Trouble is they have the option buy millions of shares at rock bottom prices and it isn't shifting the SP at all.

Do you think the Aim market bean counters have been selling Kefi shares under a different name and pocketing all the new money?

For instance Harry's big idea of selling locally issued gold bonds. Well yesterday's RNS states they are 'EthioPrefs' linked to US $ . What a stroke of luck we have procrastinated and not set up the holding company to sell these quirky bonds. My thinking is don't bother. Look in 2024 there were around 50 bir to the $ and today there are 132 bir to the $. What if the dollar sundenly nose dives and the bonds get a bad name. Perhaps we can pay out interest on the bonds by handing a few nuggets of gold finally scratched out the ground so as to keep African investors from protesting outside our offices in the capital?

Surely Kefi should should sell Kefi shares on the new Ethiopian stockmarket and investers can get buffeted by the the same trade winds that us LTS have over the years.

However today, the capital expentiture is announced as £300 million and is explained in the little table.

Why isn't Harry boasting about the £20m he has managed to save somwhere and not have to go begging for it. Or did that dirt road cost us £20m and he has forgot to come clean.

Also why arn't those posters in this group focussing on strange in the least and misleading RNS statements from the company, yet if a poster on here makes a spelling error then all Kefi's problems can be narrowed down to those posters with poor spelling ability?

Fantastic progress with the copy and paste delivery apart from the water supply. He could have dug a very deep well in twenty years and saved plenty of cash on water. No doubt there will be a very large meter for all the water the mine will use and a large bill to pay every year.

History tells us that Mr Agnostaras Adams so far only knows how to compile presentations and dilute LTs with big fundraisers. This modas oparandi can not cause blindness in present shareholders. Should he manage to find a sharp stick then he could poke it in someones eye and that would probably make that person blind in one eye and then if he is quick enough he could then jab the stick in the other eye and cause complete blindness.

Also if he did go out spending his working hours blinding folk it wouldn't make very good reading in an RNS.

Best we can hope for is a little dilution before the wet season starts in June.

Don't forget we were only a few votes short of stopping the last placing.

Harry should have been able to rock and roll on the tens of millions we have given him. If I had been CEO I would have made a few pennies out of pilot mining over the decades just to pay my salary instead of taking from LTs who worked hard for their cash. This shows the difference between an honest CEO and one who solely is looking to cash in on the gullible like me.

I think the overall project is trying to be genuine, it is just Harry is brilliant at leading shareholders down the garden path.

Anyone interested in making a pile of money for themselves needs to use his finely tuned model as the whole strategy continues to suck investors in and keep his own holding alive and of course his £20k expenses which you can easily live on in an African country. I assume airfares are paid for by the company.

Also to be fair you need to have some good geological grounding to help write years of presentations, I am just wondering what the next strategy is to dilute LTS.

Saying all that, there are a dozen or so others who are expecting a sizeable chunk of cash to fall into the companies coffers from his ditherings over in Saudi.

Sharezy That map you link to does show we applied for Konso licenses, paperwork not verified? Was it a good idea to post that link as when you try to hunt down the Tulu Kap licenses readers here will find it impossible to find Kefi in that pile of licenses approx 300km due West of Addis Abba. Also difficult to register for this site as you have to be someone of interest and supply proof of identity.

Ethiopia has more interest in getting access to the sea than worrying about a Western country unlocking some of it's gold reserves.
