I am one of the biggest naysayers here. And anyone who has been invested long term here won't be able to offload their burden. It's psychologically impossible. We got in too deep.

Now my thinking is that HAA was expecting a traditional spike that he could go to the capital markets with to secure more money. It's worked time and time again, even cash poor PIs have dipped in knowing full well that should they wait a week or two they could buy shares at ten percent lower than HAA is offering a the rights issue to them.

As I say few LTs will be selling today. But by my reckoning, if HAA can't help himself and decides to fleece LTs for a cash top up in April, I think it might only be for £1.5. I have no idea what it will say in the RNS, but it could be for anything. So dilution would be just under 4% . He is well aware that any serious dilution would send this share into a ditch and it might get tricky hiring a tractor to pull it out of it.

Answer~ HAA hasn't sold anything in decades except long winded stories to get fundraisers off the ground.

Also as he has had little practice negotiating sales, it is going to be far easier for he to go fundraising in the short term.
