That's not bad. If you build the business model up from nothing and then create end price for customer you can as long as location and experience are good enough make money. When you create the customer price and then look to how you create margin this is harder. Exactly what easyjet did. Give bear minimum, make money and then add build up from basic cost base and have a hotel designed around this, remember there is also the expected return on the owned buildings

Maybe less free float now and this has been taken up. One thing for sure stelios, CEO and polar aren't selling and also include myself. So not sure the exact amount available outside these guys but looks like people overall would buy this share and hold. Also expect at AGM announcement of operational guy who has been in the industry years. GLA

So next update will be prior to AGM at the end of jan so not too long. People might be buying before divi dates but suggest I would look elsewhere if it's all for divi. Then in February it's paid. If the update brings a date for Liverpool, Manchester update and a few other options coming both owned and franchised I think this sp improvement will hold. Normally expect today to end down after the good week but we are still only looking market cap in 40s and barbican hotels has probably added a few million in itself since last valued. Plus we are making cash, we have good revenue, very slick method of getting the money for our services and it is all helping bottom line. 76% hotel rooms full, need this in high 80s. GLA

Kensington, heathrow are fully booked, looks like barbican pretty much is all week, few rooms, strange prices. Granted over xmas but over the summer these places will be full of tourists.

Liverpool will be built and trading before year end. Croydon made a profit in its first month, Liverpool will easily. Indeed Manchester might not be are behind, I don't know the planning dates. Also noted Croydon prices creeping up. Heathrow, Luton have both been full n certain days this week along with barbican and others. This is real long term for me, pension stock which will drive growth and increasing divi each and every year. Very good week, wonder up until divi we shall get? Granted its no huge but still exists. Two main choices for hotel? Price and location.

straight up to 74 now with slightly wider spread. this has been a good week and overall nice and steady, good if it settled here, medium term, no problem for me, let the value catchup.

well definitely in the future both. new hotel room designs look good. more glass, etc. means I guess helps to open up the room, not make them feel so small

when the results come out and on that day the CEO buys another 50k worth surely that is the best intent and message you could ever want. you read constantly on other boards about directors not committing enough and Guy has gone straight in when allowed. this is a very strong message, cant be stronger and this year has started well to expectations and I think the momentum will build and by the time the next hotels come on line most will be full.

and presentation on the easyhotel web site. looks good and 73% hotel decisions are based on price and location. this year, 2015/16 will be steady but better than last. 2016/17 will see some expansion and 2017/18 larger, bigger, faster and more focused expansion. well 20 years to go?? need 10 pound per share at this point.

well either a lot in free float, they aren't buys or the sp may indeed raise a little more tomorrow but two large late buys also. gla

still of around 33 million jolly but running now on some potential value after posting future prospects and a profit increase over 2014. massive reduction in cost associated with IPO. some bigger volume today as for the correct reasons hopefully. maybe Guy has bought more and will let us know tomorrow?

happy with expected results. the potential is huge but a two year approach to realise a hotel is workable and fair. looking at huge development in budget hotels and margins are margins. next two years will be very important as they all say and divi given in AIM business is not too bad!! We have identified the potential for 12,000 owned easyHotel rooms, two thirds of which are in over 30 cities and Greater London in the UK, the remainder being in key gateway European cities will buy more over a period if can be afforded. long term, strategic, medium burner and happy to sit this one twenty years.

Booked today, sign of things to come? Hope so, expansion great but also stelios has 90% + on his flights need that as occupancy in his hotel rooms.
