I am still here and invested, just waiting as always the next update. I see now redleg quite often, in supermakets obviously but many more local bars are using it now, many more than this time last year. redleg to US from early 2016, no reason this isn't still the case but still awaiting approval or they will tell us after the xmas period and next update. the sales are bound to be more but margin maybe challenged and have we hit breakeven? from what people say redleg is very good and will get there, just takes time and competition is promoting heavily. disappointed not seen or heard anything of jago as this is now its time but we shall see. had blackwoods at a gin in town the other night, very nice flavor and product indeed. gla

So there not the biggest hotels but this is factored in to costs. Barbican full tonight and three days next week. Kensington full, paddington full, Croydon full. I am convinced that once the brand expands, people are aware and return customers start these hotels will be full most days. The property value of barbican also with potential cross rail changes might've worth a bigger fortune. Overtime it's obvious I am comfortable the customer will be there and business model work.

The middle east hotels start coming on line 2016 to 2017 numbers so next year should be good. Guy needs to guarantee success two or three more in next year. Jolly, biggest investment going forward???? HS2 and cross rail. A hotel in the right place in Leeds will get paid for looking after contractors for the next 15 years, plus Crewe plus Birmingham . Would suggest another near old street and barbican if possible due to potential cross rail access. The margins are high, Glasgow seems low prices but if travel lodge is building more in the city at their prices then can work . Guy needs to get businesses to understand easy hotel, not see it as too cheap. It's affordable, basic, practical and safe, my business people would use them. Old barbican is a very nice hotel. This above is worth the sp and more, Liverpool is being done for three million, another six like this and they can expand through their own cash.

Normal sells at around £20, plus extras maybe total £35. Travel lodge next door at least £69 more often £89 at least. Interesting if we ever get a breakdown as surely if Glasgow makes money the rest will. Travel lodge are opening another hotel central Glasgow soon, guy should know all this tactic and therefore has hopefully created the easy hotel one to counteract and improve business.
