I am not sure at this time what value it will give to us as share holders or how people buying shares will be able to create an understanding of value and therefore how can the sp change greatly. there is dilution and his honourable is now back involved. gla

So the value to current shareholders is a main market listed company which even TW says wouldn't get permission now. The asset wants to list and therefore buy the shell buy offering itself for so many shares which is negociated. In theory the RTO should mean the shell is then worth a lot more, the value increases due to asset, ownership and dilution occurs but by how much against the value is the key. Dependant on relationship and the asset owners we shall see. Whereas TW assumed no RTO by Xmas and therefore no money to buy an asset cicg would be dead. In this case assets can appear with the offer of the shell and so many shares. The asset could NE worth £500 million but if enough shares are handed over then we might only own 3% of £500 million or whatever which is where the sp price will change and be of value to us.

whilst all different does anyone know the norm? is this normally a weeks wait as everything within reason is done in the background or do negotiations start now? the hunch with cicg is it will be weeks but if they are already looking into this change and there must be previous on the asset then I would have thought couple weeks max?

isn't the asset price irrespective to start as this is about becoming part of a listed business? so everyone knows cicg is a shell, and therefore not worth in itself a great deal. its all about what the asset gets access to. so the asset owners might want 85% of total business so therefore they will issue shares proportionally to this? if they are happy they will take less and it depends on the deal. cicg will agree to hand over these shares and this %. the asset gets the listing, gets the access, get the legitimacy of the asset etc etc so at this stage is not straight forward as asset worth X amount therefore Y number shares multiplied by certain amount to equal X. its a reverse takeover, both parties will agree, dependant on the BOD as to how much we own.

Thanks, as they write they will need to revise numbers, their revenues are now out against H1 and it will only improve in H2. I am sure that a profit will be generated this year, there shouldn't be any huge hidden costs this year and is its straight forward revenue against costs against profit with no surprises. If redleg keeps sainsbury along with tesco then going in a really good direction, plus bars etc we have positive future.

I hope you are correct. We long for news but suspensions are never easy, still it Can't be due to no nomad as no longer required! Lol So either no money and suspension will lead to delist or acquisition etc or something to change value which is worth waiting for and god I hope it's this.

once the company posts profit I assume they will continue with organic growth and increase marketing accordingly to accelerate this change. at the same time no point throwing all money after it, margins are good and should continue. this in essence is middle man operation when owning of some brands. therefore would expect divi policy next year. if they post a good gain they will start distributing, what else would they spend it on??

yes it does. once results are known then everyone Is in the same position and can buy. I would suspect they could pop up this week dependent on how the week sp goes. it will now gradually climb. I sold some here two weeks ago and went into another stock, if others go my way I will come back. I think the ceo will turn this into a little money making machine, look how long some brands have lasted, they only need a core customer of redleg and slowly grow once break even is made and this will be easy money. the liquor will be now the bonus.

the results got published slightly earlier than last year. if the future within reason is set and understood, if a level of growth and stability can be seen then expect some director buys now. why wouldn't they, its a lowish price, profit around the corner and growth seen???

would like no increase until my next investment is made end this week or next. Ryanair posted big increases in profit. people are travelling, people want variety, people want safety, cleanliness and value. easy hotel will increase the brand value and then also global possibilities. EasyJet is also doing well and will spread, in these areas of travel and accommodation the brand will do very well.

so do we need more capital. I am hoping for sometime at least we don't. it seems we are able now to increase stock relevant to these new orders like Tesco without raising more, could be the cash flow is now good enough to help cover these costs and its marketing that then becomes the biggest chance in spend. marketing costs based on sales, you do it as long as it pays back and should be fine as long as the brands are good enough. so will see more marketing, increased sales but no more capital raising??? famous last words. BOD wont want more shares, they will want profit and dividends for themselves and shareholders

could be now flying off those Tesco shelves and into peoples arms. will be good news next year, the USA is a bonus that will also help, another supermarket? has to be asda next?

Now on Tesco full website at £19 and Sainsbury at £20. I think redleg as a brand and product could be sold for more than market cap. This will really challenge the spiced rum area, good news and will increase revenue well. The exclusivity with Sainsbury has gone and history so far shows retailers stick with it. Woolworths in aus has been selling for years and lets see now UK and USA

So the results where good and the new outlet of redleg in the past on its own has given a 50% change on the day. This will go from a small loss to good gain very quickly obviously if the brands do well. I think redleg stands the best chance, based on its quality but the bland and old competition which in general is in place. Being in 700 tesco stores at £19 will do the business fine, double sales at least. Costs controlled, bottom line adding? GLA

The £89k ops loss will be eroded I think in the 2nd half and indeed 2015 will breakeven and become positive. If they carry on as is this will happen let alone selling redleg in 700 tesco stores as believed. The redleg deal is the big one, it's seen as a great brand and sells well it just needs to be know and this will now happen. RNS fine, developing well.

The 2014 report shows London hotel at around 20 million, plus cash now of around 24 million. Therefore if they closed up, sold everything it would be more than the current valuation. Bought some but intend to buy further, glad if this stays unnoticed and is two man band plus Guy.

Did EBITDA of 0.52 at half year, will be around 1.5 for year total. One off costs I can only see 0.27 for south African business. Cash on hand 22 million plus money now back from Benelux. So overall EBITDA will be less than 2014 but there was around 550k of listing costs which have now gone. The margin on these hotels is very good and the property investments also must give a return of 15%. So any capital raising for buying property is good as expect 15% back on it. At half year they stated expected divi still and everything to boar expectation full year. Expect reasonable numbers in December and agressive plan from guy parsons what he intends to do. This is a well branded business model, backed by the owner and he reflects the likeness to easyjet. Good luck.
