Breakeven by 2016 quoted in the report. Some consolidation from last year, removing hintchinbrooke, interesting next moves. This is back on my watch list, healthcare is huge and will only get bigger, I am yet to find my investment way in but when looking overall at society, diabetes, obese issues etc it's not going to to less but a lot lot more. Will add further if other funds allow, none at this time but next set of results is a little way off and maybe something else will mature before hand. Own hotels in UK and Europe and franchise outside of this region. The list is already big and hotels in London, Liverpool and Manchester will do well. Plenty money obviously, I assume no great fund raising to come and profit is being made and would assume 30% divi next year from profits. Now the CEO has around £40k in, I will head towards the £20k if I can, I isa and wait it out, the business model is proven its just customers and rooms needed. With each hotel also comes residual value in the buildings hopefully!

this share has dropped a lot and I have seen another (ATC) do this days before a good announcement. when I read the below I am very confident that the next set of results will be good, breakeven or close certainly by next march. I think the business is comfortable and just working away, costs are under control and its now all about volume. the margins are high. just bought another 3k today and as I said last time that is my lot. also bought 5k in easyhotels. have a look, CEO just bought some, littlw attention, been dropping for three months but profitable. ??
